Ramada Plaza

First, they had no record of my reservation even though I had the email confirmation. The guy in front of me had the same issue. I saw at least one cockroach in the room and there was a green slimy blob on the wall. All of the lamps were unplugged and the clock was wrong. When the towel cart at the pool was empty, I asked about more towels, and the lifeguard (who only had my 2 kids to supervise) barely took out his ear buds to say «I don’t know. You can try the front desk. » The guest services book had listings for restaurants that hadn’t been there for years, and had incorrect extensions listed for everything. I tried calling for room service for breakfast with the extension listed that went nowhere and the full phone number that no one answered. We went down to get breakfast and were finished eating before our drinks were even made.
Never ever again.

Eew and eew. The room looked clean until I got a close look at the heat/​ac unit. It is disgusting. The coverlet on the bed was really wrinkled. It smelled musty and of chemicals. I walked out to the court yard and I got the distinct feeling that there had possibly been a horrendous crime committed here at some point. I’m only staying one night but I doubt I will find sleep. I think the boogey man lives in the closet of my room.
