Some have clock pieces which make them truly unique. The other amazing pieces are the socks. They have special messages on them and can make for an amazing gift. They have a gallery upstairs too. Definitely check this place out when you need to get someone a present, you will be sure to find the perfect gift.

Without being disheveled, Regalo offers everything. Candles, t-​shirts, hip flasks, magnets, as well as odds and ends for the house, clothing items, and knick-​knacks.
And if you feel pride for Kentucky but can’t stand another Kentucky Derby shirt or bourbon barrel shot glass, you can find some great Louisville fleur-​de-​lis iconography.
It’s a shame that this location is closing, but I’ll certainly check out their other locations when I’m back in town.

There’s something to be said about a store that I continue to go to. I’ve been shopping at Regalo since they opened 10 years ago and it’s the first store I visit when I come home to Louisville from LA. You can get ANY kind of gift for $ 20. Birthdays (for dads to besties); Anniversaries; Bachelorette parties; Mothers/​Fathers Day; Showers (Wedding and Baby); and more.
Ask JD, one of the owners, to create a custom ALPHABEAT for you. I find that they’re the best wedding gifts.
Buy some art, especially a TWIGGY ORIGINAL print, exclusively sold at Regalo.
From Kentucky? They have lots of threads and housewares that promote your favorite city/​state.
Just go. You won’t be disappointed. But, I must warn you: You CANNOT leave without buying something for yourself.

If you can’t find a gift for someone here, they may be the least interesting person in the world. That being said, there is a higher percentage of lady gifts than gentlemen gifts. They are quirky, fun, pretty, interesting, practical, impractical conversation pieces. I’ve gotten lovely handmade jewelry as gifts (and for myself!), gorgeous unique ornaments, and of course, my fave, the redneck wine glasses. Made from various sized Ball jars they are pretty priceless. They even have sippy cup versions for this known to spill. Ha.
Also highly entertaining is the array of mustache items. These are not the things being made by the elves in Santa’s shop, but if you’re a very good boy, Neighbor Santa or Best Friend Santa may just have you your very own mustache ornament or mustache lollipop.
Beautiful wine stoppers, silly baby outfits, like Gettin Ducky in Kentucky, gorgeous scarves and did I mention that lovely jewelry yet? It may already be Christmas, but that just means my bday is 3 months and 7 days away. Just FYI.

Thanks to Rachel F for telling me about this place, I found a fabulous Hanukkah present for my husband… a mason jar wine glass! I’d never seen one of these before, but it was reasonably priced and perfect since my husband loves mason jars!
Due to limited time, I didn’t get to spend too much time in the store, but I know I would’ve found more unique gifts had I not been feeling rushed. A few memorable items they carry include mustache ornaments, purse hooks, unique jewelry, adorable onesies for babies, picture frames, etc…
Bottom line: Regalo is a gem of a store and worth a visit for sure… they carry fun, kitschy, quirky gifts for everyone on your list!

Take the family! What a wonderful treasure! Great gifts, great nostalgic memories made into «Vintage Cool Hipster» finds for everyone on all your lists! Dont plan on spending a few minutes, plan on spending hours just wandering. Looks small from the outside but opens into a magical shopping adventure. My. New. Favorite. Store. PERIOD. Yes, you heard me.
Do not be fooled by the small store front, this store is absolutely HUGE! First of all you are greeted warmly and made to feel quite at home.
It offers everything from original jewelry, to artwork, to funny and fun items for gifts or for yourself. I could easily have spent hundreds of dollars if I had let myself. They have a huge open gear wall clock that is to die for and reasonably priced. Very steampunk looking, if I could only figure out how to ship it home…
This is the perfect place to purchase gifts and I totally did. Not only for the birthday girl I came to get something for, but my other daughter who bought the most adorable cassette case converted into a change/​money purse. The prices are reasonable and everything is quality. Trust me I will be back!

Edgy, quirky, and classic styles are suited… you can find items with dirty jokes or beautiful locally made artwork and jewelry. Regalo is a place you must not overlook.
