Care spans from one to 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Caregivers are bonded, insured, tested, and trained. Additionally, they are carefully screened through criminal background checks, drug testing, and reference checks. As a teenager, I observed my mother caring for my father when he suddenly became disabled. For almost fifteen years, my mother continued caring for her husband with compassion, love, and patience. «This instilled in me at a young age the importance of caring for family, and the compassion and love that goes into that role. I also gained an understanding of the desperate need for respite care for anyone that may be experiencing the stress of caring for their loved ones.»
