Had one poor worker all by himself. It took 35 minutes to get one sandwich. Worker tried hard, it was horrible staffing.

I could walk to this location in 15 minutes. However, I drive to other locations. A few weeks back, I went to this Subway. I ordered a special they had. Even pointed at the sign in the store. When the woman rung me up, she stated a price that was wrong. When I informed her of what the sign said, she said you ordered pulled pork. Two things wrong with that. I ordered BBQ Roasted Chicken. I pointed at the sign which showed Chicken. Instead of providing customer service, she slammed the sub in the garbage and said«I guess we can start over.» No. I guess I will walk out, which I did. That was my last time in there.

This is my neighborhood Subway, but I often make the effort to drive to the one on Newburg because the service and food quality is a little inconsistent here. In particular, the bread quality is uneven(it’s over-baked a lot), and they tend to skimp on the toppings.

Best customer service ever!!! This store always goes above and beyond their expectations. Dhaval is the manager there and he is always willing to go out of his way to help me cater parties with ease. Thank you Dhaval and your great staff :)
