This was my first visit here after a concert with some friends that live in the neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly & introduced themselves as soon as I walked in with my friends. Everyone seemed to know each other here & aren’t going to let anyone be a stranger. :-) Music, karaōke, drinks, food, pool & a place full of fun, friendly people. Had a fun night.

Sometimes I want to go where everybody knows my name… Minus the cast of Cheers, T Eddies seemed to be that sort of place after my first time there. I went exploring for a couple«under the radar» bars, and I stopped searching once I stumbled in here. The drinks were cheap, the atmosphere was«cheery», and people were quick to introduce themselves to me. They have a grill outside where they grill corn and many other basic necessities which fill any requirement for a late night munchie. The music was my favorite part. A great karaōke playlist that gets belted with great skill by the Saturday night regulars. If you’re looking for a low key, low maintenance, and low thrill place that will make you feel at ease while you’re throwing a few back– Dont’ drive past T Eddies– you’ve found it!

I’m trying to think of a reason I would have gone to T Eddie’s Bar and Grill other than for a Saturday night birthday/karaōke celebration… While I’ve only been the one time, here are a few other reasons I picked up on throughout the night that seem to be why people choose T Eddie’s as their local watering hole: –Familiar crowd. There was a definite«everybody knows your name» feel to the place amongst the older men who seemed to be regulars hanging around the bar. The bartender was new and working alone on a super busy night and we saw a few of these guys call up other bartenders who worked there to help her find out where certain things were behind the bar. –Apparently to fight? From what I heard… –Saturday night karaōke with a wiiiiide range of songs(slanted mostly towards country music though), but with a few breakout line dancing favorites interjected into the mix! How crazy awesome and random is that?! –This definitely struck me as a domestic beer type of establishment. There’s not a huge liquor selection. Drink prices were average. –Playing a serious game of pool. A few people had been playing all night and apparently do so regularly I learned. After moving from Texas where it was all horseshoes and corn hole, they decided to take up pool. My friend and I challenged them to a game and surprisingly won, on a technicality — these guys were super friendly though and I think that’s saying a lot about a place if regular pool players there are friendly. Nothing about T Eddies screams welcoming or a guaranteed fun time by the looks of the place or the location or anything, but either it’s a place that’s so random that it’s always an awesome time or it’s just a straight up wildcard of a bar and I lucked out on my first experience here.
