Terrible customer service and follow up. Do yourself a favor and go to the pros for installation. They have no clue how to place orders for doors. Manager wasn’t helpful st store and didn’t seem to care.

No knocks on this location in particular, but their customer service on a extended warranty plan for our 2 year old refrigerator has been very poor. We are in our 4th week of not having a working freezer and now the refrigerator is no longer staying cold. They seem to be completely unconcerned, even after being reviewed by management. Botched service calls, lack of ordering parts, apparently little or no communication within the service department. We are still waiting on parts which are «being expedited»

Home Depot is OK. They have a good assortment of products and carry pretty well known stuff however, I find them not as friendly or knowledgeable as Lowe’s. I also think Lowe’s has better prices.

Being a national chain I won’t speak on prices and products. Locally though it seems like lowes and home depot are very comparable, some items are higher at each but it all seems to even out. This store is very clean and the employees are very helpful and knowledgable in plumbing, electrical and flooring (only departments that I have asked questions or advice in.
