Originally born in Indianapolis, IN, I located to Louisville after graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. A passion for real estate led me to get my real estate license shortly after graduating and the rest, as they say, is history. As first-​time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed at the process. All we knew is that we wanted a house, and what neighborhoods we liked. Nick solved the rest. From the very beginning, Nick taught us the process of buying, listened to our wants/​needs, and gave priceless feedback. He immediately set us up on a custom search that suggested new homes to us almost daily, which was instrumental in helping us get to know the market. That’s just the beginning though. Nick showed an abundance of patience, knowledge, genuine concern, and true desire to help as we walked through houses. Never did he rush us through a property, pressure us into situations in which we were uncomfortable, gloss over important details, or sugar coat the condition of a house. He let us make our own decisions while providing honest and sincere feedback, and his follow-​up is IMPECCABLE. Trusting Nick as our realtor and advisor was easy from the very start, and I know we’ll never use any one else in the future.
