Established in 2005.

The Thomas Group of Keller Williams Realty Louisville East spawned in 2005 when Chris Thomas decided to get his real estate license after performing residential real estate appraisals for several years leading up to that point. Chris began with a couple of small-​to-​medium sized brokerages before settling in with Keller Williams in late 2008. Chris affiliated with Keller Williams due to its commitment to its agents first. No other real estate company compares in terms of training, technology, & office culture, and Chris is proud to associate with KW. In 2011, Chris brought on his brother, Justin Thomas, to begin working with buyers as well as to benefit from his extensive technological knowledge. Chris Thomas got into the real estate industry in 2001 when he originated mortgage loans for a time before leaving to pursue residential appraising. Chris performed residential real estate appraisals for several years, and in 2005, he decided to add his real estate license. Immediately successful, but somewhat stagnant for a couple of years, Chris affiliated with Keller Williams in late 2008 where he’s enjoyed wonderful success as an individual agent, including ranking as the #1 individual agent for 11 months in 2011 before he expanded to the team division. Chris has been married since 2004, and he & his wife, Angie, have two young sons. Additionally, Chris is a sports & music fan, and he enjoys serving in various roles at his church.
