This is a somewhat brand new Thorntons and oh my its so dirty. I was so disappointed when I went in today to grab a diet coke; the floor was dirty, the drink area was just ridiculous with drinks, ice, napkins, lids on the floor. The trash cans were overflowing and there were flies all over the donuts and food area. Not eating anything here, ever.

Nothing too surprising here. Convenient location, a large gas station so maybe a few more options of snacks. Clean and bright location. Best part of a Thornton’s to me… SLUSHIES. So many flavors choices for a gas station

Terrible service. I will no longer come to this location. A few times I’ve went inside here. There’s 3 – 4 cashiers and only one working. The other two(or 3) are too busy arguing over breaks or gossiping about a co-worker. Went in there yesterday(3−12−16) to buy a couple of hotdogs. There was no buns. I asked a girl that was cooking where the buns were. Instead of helping me she answered«I don’t handle the hot dogs». She is worthless. Probably another person that wants $ 15 an hour.

I’m sort of a gas station connoisseur. On all of my road trips, I try to check out the biggest and best looking gas stations on the road. This location is a cut above the rest in Louisville. The staff is very friendly, the donut selection is excellent, and the bathrooms are clean! They have the nugget ice too if you’re particular about your fountain drinks. If you’re looking to grab some snacks and some gas, hit this Thornton’s if you’re in the neighborhood.

Thorntons are generally a cut above most gas stations because the have some healthy snacks as well. This Thorntons is right next to my work so I come in quite a bit. This is one of what I call the two dueling Thorntons right across from each other. The staff here is friendly, gas is usually as cheap here as anywhere, and I can grab anything from a banana to a salad to straight junk food.
