National Litigation Experience: Tim’s experience has included representation of injured client’s and their loved ones in the Courts of Kentucky, Florida, Indiana, and Tennessee. Tim is a founding partner in Benson, Risch and Lange, PLLC. The firm consists of Tim and partner’s Robert P. Benson, Jr., James O. Risch, and Gary E. Seimens, as well as their proud staff of paralegals and legal assistants. Tim’s law firm of Benson, Risch & Lange, PLLC is located in One Riverfront Plaza, on the Belvedere in downtown Louisville. The office affords sweeping views of the Ohio River, and is close to the Courts and the vibrant center of the city. The firm’s location is great, but the people who make up the firm are the reason for the firm’s success.

Tim is the managing partner of the firm, having the good fortune of spending his career with essentially the same partners in practice assembled together today. The roots of this law firm are entwined firmly with the history of the City of Louisville: with former congressmen, mayors and legislators having practiced in the group that ultimately evolved into Benson, Risch & Lange, PLLC.
