Not professional, eating lunch at the desk, rude. What’s the point of an appointment time? You will not be seen any time around your appointment time. It would be nice if the front desk people. Ate in a break room, wouldn’t be so rude. If the patient was actually seen around the appointment time. Nurses in the back are pretty nice. At least the one that seen us.

I took my wife here to see her doctor. It’s a pain to come all the way downtown to see a doc but, he’s a specialist so we have to. I would never come this far if we didn’t have to. I have to agree with the previous poster that the staff here is very unfriendly. There act like there are doing you a favor just to talk to you. You would think that they would be grateful to have a job. Someone needs to investigate the person responsible for hiring. They should replace that person so things can improve. So I would suggest you consider going somewhere else if you can.

Steer clear of this place :(. This has to be the worse run medical facility I have ever experienced. Rude customer service reps as well… there is a, «Nikki» that works at one of the offices at this site as a receptionist and she had to be the most unhelpful person I have ever spoken to. I had a running joke with my hubby on how long it would take to get a call back to get a script refilled; so far the record is 7 days. That’s 7 days of leaving over 15 messages to please call in my script to Target. I finally got my script full when I had the Target pharmacist call and try to get it refilled for me. Needless to say, I am finding another doctor… I usually meet with doctors through Norton and decided to try U of L, big mistake.
