The only thing I can say is that the interiors are nice, it used to be a nice complex until the current manager took over. People constantly have vehicles and apartments broken into. Kids play in the street, the office does not respond to complaints. For $ 800 a month for a one bedroom you can have a nice house, you can find nicer apartments in a better part of town then this place.

Really these apartments are very nice. They are very new(I believe they were built in 2006) they have a nice fitness center/business center(although the computers/printer are NEVER working), walk in closets, washer & dryer connections, etc, but I just cannot give Valley Farms more than four stars because THEYDONOTRECYCLEHERE. I have never lived ANYWHERE where they do not have recycling bins. Bringing my paper/plastic each week to a recycling center is EXTREMELYANNOYING. I e-mailed the manager a few weeks ago asking if placing recycling bins somewhere on the premises is something they would consider, but nothing yet. It is like not having anywhere for your residents to put their garbage and forcing them to drive to a dump each week. I know I am living in Kentucky now, but come on people it is 2010, get with the program.
