Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This is the best Valvoline I have been to for an oil change. They were slammed and the employees moved the customers along efficiently, while keeping smiles on their faces.
I felt like this was the most thorough oil change I’ve experienced. They took time to explain everything they were checking and told me the manufacturer maintenance suggestions, but didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase anything outside of the actual oil change. Finally, because I have a Prius the oil maintenance light has to be reset after each oil change. The mechanic took time to show me how to do so and told me I could call the shop if it turned back on. Amazing customer service!

Well, back again. Giving this Valvoline another shot see if they will grease my truck properly this time. Last time I was compensated with a free oil change which they sent to me I was grateful for this and saw it as an opportunity to see if they have fixed there problem, however once I received the coupon for a free oil change I discovered that it expired in less than a month. Now that it has been two months I am ready for the oil change but could not use the coupon (yet again disappointed). Never the less I like Valvoline, my truck is due for an oil change, and this shop is close to my house so here goes nothing.
Well results not good. Again this time I reminded them to grease the vehicle. This time I got my receipt and it said sealed lubrication point. I don’t have seal lubricant points, after telling the worker this he told me not to worry he got all four zerks. I said I have 9 zerks! He said he would take care of it. He told me everything was good to go and I could pull out. I told him I wanted to double check. I got out to take a look and found 2 of the 9 greased. Then told home the story of the last time I was at this Valvoline. After a few min he said I would have to switch bays to bay 2 because the grease line is not long enough to reach all of bay 1. So asked if that meant that nobody that goes in bay one ever gets all their zerks. He said in order to get all of them you must be in bay 2. I am extremely disappointed in this business. They had a couple of months to improve and from what I just experienced they have completely failed.

In an out in 10 minutes. The workers were all in good spirits. So… If you’re out that a-​ways and need your oil changed, give ‘em a visit.
