I have been a personal testimonial to the benefits of massage. A former runner and dancer, my life was changed after a car accident cracked several bones and tore muscles and soft tissue throughout my body. Massage made a huge difference in my life and shortened my recovery time by weeks. Several years later, I still get regular massages to this day to maintain and prevent further injury. I have had the pleasure to work on basket ball players, football players, triathletes, volleyball players, runners, golfers, cancer survivors, car accident survivors, paraplegics, hip replacements, knee replacements, people with carpal tunnel and rotator cuff issues, people preparing for sugery, people on bed rest and with limited mobility, and the many many people who are just tired of dealing with chronic stress and pain.
