Our office is located at 1889 Old Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40 229, behind Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken and we are open M-​W-​F from 8 – 12:30 and 2:30−6pm and Tues and Thurs 2:30−6pm.
