Horrible customer service, the person that was trying to sell me a new running shoe rolled his eyes at me when I said I had gone to roadrunner to be fitted for Asics kayano. He then decided to tell me I was wearing the wrong shoe when I have had no issues with the Asics after running in them for 10 years. He told me I had a tight itilotial band and as a personal trainer for the past 15 years and 10 personal training certifications including sports injuries, I know that I do not have a tight or injured IT band. He was argumentative with me concerning my leg, but I wasn’t there to fight. I just wanted my running shoe which he didn’t want to search for my color or size! I will continue to shop for my Kayanos on Amazon or roadrunner sports as the customer service here was horrendous.

The BEST experience in getting fitted for a new shoe. and they were busy on a Saturday, even! They took the time needed to make sure I was in the right shoe, nearly 45 minutes. Incredibly knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. Selection is second to none. Newest brands to old favorites available in my very common size, 8. They even took time to tell me about the free of charge perks they offer. This visit was what service is all about.

Whether you are a runner, walker or just an active person, Ronker’s will provide you with what you need. They have an extensive collection of running shoes and, yes, they often cost $ 100+, but you will certainly enjoy(?) your runs and your feet will thank you(as best they can hopefully). You can test the shoes by running in the parking lot or on the trail. Cool. They also have some cute shirts with runner appropriate Ohio phrases. So, great gift spot for the runner(s) in your life. There is a variety of energy bars, and other snacks. The location is right by the Loveland bike trail so swing by when you’re about to go on a super long bike ride.(I overheard the trail technically goes to Cleveland?!!) Whoa.
