We specialize in residential real estate sales in Northern Colorado.

For buyers, we are very hands on during the entire process and offer a one year buyer guarantee. If for any reason, you need to sell your home within one year, we will not take a commission upon successfully re-​selling your home (conditions apply).

For sellers, we do not have a one sized fits all commission schedule. We offer flexible commissions based on each each individuals situation.

Foreclosure avoidance specialist– we are Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) and are sick of seeing our friends and neighbors lose their house to foreclosure when in most cases, it could have been avoided.

History

Established in 2008.

I was previously licensed with larger real estate firms and realized that they could never provide the flexibility that I was seeking from a real estate organization. Additionally, the big offices are dying a slow death whereas, the more nimble internet savvy agents don’t need a flashy office. I would rather spend my resources on specific items that will help me sell more houses in lieu of the having an office that has no direct benefit to my clients.
