Choices: $ 50 a day luxury cat lodge in Denver, with individual rooms, a cat ‘condo’ (aka cages stacked four high surrounded by frenzied barking), or asking my fidgety neighbor Stan (I will leave it at that). UNTIL, I found Front Range Critter Sitters — a small little operation, friendly as all get out, fairly priced, and comprehensive. They wrote up a day-​by-​day journal of updates on my cat, snuck in an extra visit just cause they thought my cat was frightened of fireworks, left an extra bag of treats, and even watered my plants. Unbelievable. Do it, and spare yourself the worry over your vacation.
