Keva Properties started as a basic Real Estate Agent. As the business has evolved and we have received feedback from our clients, We are changing our business model. We want to offer all the same services in a real estate transaction, but more cost effective. We are now offering comission fee’s at 4.5% vs. the typical 6% comission. We can also customize our services to meet your needs!

Val has lived throughout Colorado her entire life, but found her home to be in Northern Colorado. She started in the business shortly after 2000. Her husband and her started flipping houses and that is when she found her niche at a Real Estate Broker/​Agent. She prides herself on her work and that is what makes her such a good agent.
