BUYERBEWARE This station TWICE now has charged me for premium when I have pressed regular at the pump(the overcharges were one month apart, but the only times I have gotten gas there). Both times I brought it to the manager’s attention and they could only refer me to corporate –they could not help me at the store level. Then, the only other time I have purchased anything at the store, I went in for a Gatorade and there was a sign — buy this and get this other drink free. So I did. Got out to the car, checked my receipt and sure enough they had charged me for both. I went back in, stood in line, and got a refund for the over charges. But COMEON — I have only been there three times and EVERY purchase I have been ripped off! Long story short, corporate will not make it right, they say I pushed the wrong button, and have video to show that but won’t let me see it without filing a police report and getting a court order. They have ignored me, treated me rudely, and acted like I am a complete idiot. The only reason I have made a stink is not for the $ 8, but on principle. If they are charging everyone over by $ 4(or even every 10th customer or whatever), that is a TON of money they are stealing both at the pump and in the store. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but not sure what they will do since it’s a he-said, she-said at this point…

By far the coolest name for a pit stop type store. Very clean bathrooms, nice people working there, but most of all, just gotta love the name.

Huge place, all of the workers have a great upbeat attitude. Even if they are busy the employees are happy, good to see this place treat employees so well.

I didn’t often shop at Kum & Go until recently in the past couple years. No particular reason. I just went to other gas stations that were closer to me. What I really like about Kum & Go in general is that they are a 24 hour gas station and convenience store. Big score there. Surprisingly there are not many 24 hour gas stations in Fort Collins, which is where I live. This really pissed me off last summer when I had to get to Iowa and drive in the middle of the night to get there. First I had to get gas. Low and behold there were no open gas stations. I eventually found a service station that could pump gas without any staff there so that worked out. So major kudos to Kum & Go in that regard. What I like about this particular Kum & Go location is that the store is always very clean. There is a lot of merchandise to pick from and the staff is always very nice, no matter what time of the day or night I come in. There is never a line at the pumps either and there is plenty of room to turn around, unlike some older gas stations I also frequent. What seals the deal with this Kum & Go location is that they sell Santiago’s burritos. A Colorado Mexican restaurant chain. Yum! They come from Johnstown, CO which is not far from Loveland so they come in fresh! You can only snag these delicious burritos during the day light hours or early evening. If it is too late at night they either put them away or are sold out of them till the next batch comes in. Yay Kum & Go #993!
