Nanci enjoys connecting with people that she does not yet know. She like to use technology to stay in touch and help communicate. With her banking/lending background, she is one up on understanding how to make the financing work and help translate what the lenders are asking buyer for. The commercial lending background that she has is also helping with business purchases of buildings and helping to create wealth through rental property purchases.
