I used RSVP/Village Pantry for my St Patricks’s Day party, about 40 people. i did my own apps, and had them do the beef stew, salad & Irish soda bread/butter for dinner. I also had two helpers. The beef stew was TO.DIE.FOR. When it was served, you heard everyone go «mmmm» when they took the first bite, then the room got quiet. It was soooo delicious. The helpers were great & I was able to enjoy my own party. I highly recommend this company.

Used them for my daughter’s wedding reception and definitely give them a wow! Our contact, Cathy, was amazing to work with all through the planning process and was on hand the night of the party to supervise staff. I took her advice about so many aspects of the menu, timeline, etc and was glad I did. She’s an expert! She even offered money-saving strategies. We had a buffet: they also offer plated dinners, but we had a lot of young men and wanted to be sure everyone could have seconds. The room was set up so well, not just the décor but the traffic flow and dance floor. There was an open bar but what was really nice was that bottles of wine were on each table upon arrival and frequently were replenished by staff. Also, the bar provided bottles of wine and pitchers of beer for guests to take back to their tables, not just individual drinks. I had a lot of fussy tabletop décor that they executed perfectly without me hovering. The food was wonderful, especially the roast beef. They were good at accommodating our special requests, such as adding a veg entrée. The large lot is a plus(at many downtown venues your guests have to pay or use valet), it’s easy for out of towners to find and is easily accessible for elderly or handicapped guests. The Hilton across the street will run a free shuttle to RSVP so no worries about your guests driving drunk. I’d give 6 stars if I could. P. S. I noticed previous reviewer’s «meh»…I wonder if that’s because she went to a snoozy business conference rather than a really fun event? It just seemed odd. Venues supply food, but you have to bring your own fun!

Located not far off of the 275. Went to the RSVP event center as a guest to an event. As far as event centers go, RSVP seemed average. Loby, restrooms, coat check, and a smaller meeting room in the front, larger banquet room in the back. The décor seems basic enough that it could be adapted to different styles. There were some hoakey Christmas décor(mostly wrapped«gifts»,) above some of the doors. They have their own parking lot. Everything was fine. Nothing was wow.
