I had ordered a wedding gift online. When it arrived, the spelling of the engraved name on the nameplate was wrong. I needed to replace this, and I needed to do it fast! I had called a store in Beloit, WI, and they said it would take a week to engrave the names and the date on to a small brass nameplate. I then called Awards by Jody. She said that she was working on fulfilling larger orders but if I could come in within the hour (before lunch) that she would she would get it in for me. As soon as I arrived, she got to work. I showed her the piece and she knew exactly what I needed. I could not have asked for a better experience! She set aside her work on a high dollar job, to do a $ 5 dollar nameplate! I was in and out of there within ten minutes! Forget the mall! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for your personalization/​promotional needs!!:)
