Went to this location a couple months ago with my wife. After our experience there, we will never return again. We were served our appetizer and drinks in a timely manner. But then there was a shift change before our main meals were brought. Apon receiving refills on our drinks. My wife noticed a dead cockroach in her ice tea! No im not kidding. It was brought to the attention of the waitress who apologized and took it away. We ended up getting out drinks and appetizer on the house. And 25% off our meals. Poor service and a insult to expect customers to pay after a experience like that! The place needs a serious inspection done in our opinion.

I would order take out at lunchtime a lot last summer. It seemed every single time I ordered it was wrong either there wasn’t any gravy when I had asked for extra or they put a white gravy on my angus chopped sirloin. I stopped going there for months because they never got the order right and were very unfriendly when bringing the order out for curbside. I decided to try them again today and wished I hadn’t. I will NEVER go to this particular restaurant again I have given them many chances. I got the angus chopped sirloin again and ordered it med well with extra gravy on the side. When I got back to my office and opened it the sirloin was barely cooked it had red juice leaking from it not very appealing and the extra gravy I asked for was there however it was all over the potatoes. Not what I wanted. To cement my decision was the fact the waitress bringing the Inch out was very unfriendly par for the course with this restaurant and I got there at 12:00 to pick it up during our first rel snow of the season the parking spots weren’t plowed and I was stuck in the space for at least 5 minutes trying to get out. Very disgusted with this restaurant.

This 99’s location used to be my go to spot. Unfortunately with the turnover in the last few years I cannot say the same. The last two times we visited we had Tina as our waitress. Tina is rough and unprofessional. She does not make you feel welcome. She forgets about you when you ask for popcorn or a refill. She also had the nerve to ask my boyfriend and I if we were in a hurry or just hungry? Due to the fact that we already knew what we wanted.(I didn’t think it was wrong to already know what you want, if anything she should have been pleased). All I can say is that the host/hostess’ are great and always greet us with a smile. They make up for what she lacks.

Better than expected after reading other reviews. Tips and chicken tenders was good, tips perfect. Also ordered at our table, classic burgers, chicken wrap. No complaints from our bunch. Server name was Tara, very attentive.

Meh. Food ok, nothing to write home about. Waitstaff friendly and helpful. Beer on tap… Bud, bud light, Miller light, coors light, Mic ultra all on tap!!? It’s the same beer! Throw in a micro or two, already.(No, Sam seasonal, while better, doesn’t count.) It’s 2015– no excuse. I think we have 2 craft brewers right here in town. Work with those guys to start.

I ordered the New Orleans Shrimp while sitting at the bar on 11÷7÷2015 at 3:30 pm I have had this dish in the Billerica 99 at least 30 times over the past 7 months and it’s delicious. The cook here in Lowell used no sauce at all and no spices and the dish was completely white clean when I finished, there was no taste, the dish was bland. Totally disgusting. Who supervises the cook?

Went out for lunch with family and our 6 month old. This was our first time attempting to dine out with the baby so we could visit with my mother in law and the 99 host staff was so unbelievably rude and not helpful. We walked in the door holding my son’s infant carrier and even before being greeted we were immediately told they could not flip their highchairs for a carseat by two employees. I stated I understood and the hostess asked«Well where would you like to sit then?» I responded with I’m not sure, where ever his seat will fit or wouldn’t be in the way. They discussed and decided a booth would be best and brought us to a booth that wasn’t wide enough for me to put his seat down. We clearly couldn’t put his seat down right in front of her but she turned quickly and walked away mumbling something about babies in a restaurant. I decided to just tuck the carseat away and we took turns eating and holding my son. I feel as though if you have a policy about not flipping the highchair for an infant seat, you should know where else in the restaurant would best fit a family in that situation and I hope you will revisit your hostess training policies and how to treat and greet all guests. Our server was a very kind girl who offered to bring a highchair over anyways to see if my son might be able to sit in it, he was too small but it was nice of her to try after seeing how stressed I was about how we were greeted. We enjoyed our meals and tipped our server generously but I could not help leaving disappointed over how we were treated upon arrival. First impressions are important and next time we will choose to eat somewhere more accommodating.

I think some of the restaurants in Boston have spoiled my food palate a little bit because I was not amazed, intrigued or excited by anything in the menu. Nothing stands out or is a MUSTTRY which it blows. I went with the cranberry/blue cheese/apples & chicken, that portion of the salad was huge but that salad wasn’t that great. I also went with the New Orleans Shrimp and that was alright. I woke up today and have a very bad stomach ache which it always happens when the food I eat isn’t as fresh as I’m used to or too much oil has been used. Definitely NOT coming back. The two stars are for the portions of the plates and the price they run for.

Pleasantly surprised by the food here. I got the Fit for You(or whatever) salmon, and it was a decent portion of fish. Obviously, it wasn’t pink in the middle, but it was still flaky – you can’t expect too much from $ 12 salmon. I also really liked the seasoning. I asked for the balsamic sauce on the side, and luckily they remembered, because it would have totally overpowered the taste of the fish. Just watch out because several entrees here are 1500+ calories. Also, I don’t know why so many things are served with rice. No one’s like, «Mmm, rice.»

Everything about this restaurant is great. Before you eat, a little bowl of popcorn is given to you, which is pretty good. Their food is delicious, I always get the burgers. They have good desserts too. Another thing I like is they have 99 reasons posted on signs everywhere telling you why the restaurant is great.

Eh, not too shabby, not quite AMAZING! But not bad either… Decent foods, our server Heather was fantastic, but I saw others that wanted to be elsewhere… I suppose I’d probably come back.

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I could. We had a party of 8 and they spent 20 minutes«cleaning off a table». Our waitress was rude and snarky. They brought us a stack of plates for an appetizer and amidst the stack was a large dead bug the size of a cricket. Only went here because my sister was playing softball in Dracut and there was major traffic and construction at the traffic circle. Would not return even if I was dying of hunger or thirst.

We come here 2 – 3 times per month for yrs. The past 2 times we have come, a Friday and a Sunday, the service and food were terrible. Service was slow, 10 minutes before a waitress came over to take order. Food took forever and then waitress disappears. 1st visit my rice and veggies were cold. No waitress to be gound. 2nd visit my steak was raw. Sent it back and they brought me exact same steak they microwaved. After food was dropped off waitress disappeared for 20 minutes! Had To Eat Gross Food Because Could Not find waitress or manager. When finally found someone to ask for manager he came over and lectured me on recooked steak suppose to be tough. Really! And after complaining, waitress disappears again and doesnt bring check for another 12 minutes. This place has gone down hill.

Great restaurant! Handled our large group flawlessly! Food was great and the service was even better! Friendly servers who kept all of the orders straight and delivered the food at the same time. The food was very good. Our large party ordered a wide variety of entrees and there wasn’t a bad selection. Our server Erna was wonderful!

This restaurant is the epitome of the chain restaurants in the area. Although the offerings are extensive, service is mediocre. Drinks were weak and the food was just OK. Appetizers took 30 minutes to get to our table and brought out AFTER our entrees were already on the table. We weren’t offered any popcorn and were were charged for adults soda in lieu of children’s soda’s which were ½ the price. I must say, the hot biscuit and the gold fever wings(bone in) were a hit at our table, everything else was average.

Wasn’t expecting to find any decent vegan options but the strawberry & blueberry salad w/o cheese or chicken was very good and surprisingly filling.
