ACRE Laundromat

I just picked up my laundry from here and I couldn’t be happier! It was .75 cents per pound and came out perfect. The laundry was folded perfectly and sorted by type of clothing right down to short sleeve and long sleeve. My socks were all matched with the right pair. I have no complaints and will absolutely be returning!

I travel for a living and choose not to do my own laundry. I found this place and is is only $ 1 a pound but more importantly it is done the same day.

This place is by far the best wash and fold I have ever been to. It is only .69 cents a pound. And they are friendly and fast. And best of all they color code the clothes. Love it!!!

Screw doing my own laundry.
There’s free parking on the street (no meters) and in the lot in back. It’s only 69c per pound to get laundry done (drop off), the cheapest around. The customer service is great. I couldn’t think of a reason to knock off a star. Because the building is old? That’s not his fault.
He folds the laundry soooooooo nicely.

Word has caught on how awesome these guys are (that’ll teach me to publicly share my best kept Lowell secrets), so get your laundry in early on a weekday if you’re expecting same day service, thankfully the price is still the same and the best price I’ve found in Lowell. They won’t take bribes or premiums for same day service because they make honest promises to everyone and they keep them. I respect that, even if it means I have to wake up ridiculously early or wait a day for their perfect ninja-​like laundry folding skills– it’s well worth it.

Just an update — this place is still amazing and the owner/​manager insists on helping me carry my laundry to my car every time I come! Amazing service and the wash and fold service is perfection!

Wash and fold service is fantastic. My wife and I both hate laundry and send a weeks worth of clothes for $ 20 — $ 25. Everything comes back so nicely folded in about a day. It frees us both up to do other things.
The owners are very friendly and often have their kids hanging out. They accept CC but best to bring cash.

I am very, very OCD when it comes to laundry, so moving to a new place without a washing machine was kind of a nightmare. The first couple of times I used the closest laundry in Central street and wasn’t satisfied with the results at all.
But then I found the ACRE Laundromat.
These guys are AMAZING. I do wash&fold, and not only do they manage to get the toughest stains out after one wash (light beige cotton shorts after a day of hiking in the rain anyone?), they also do an incredible job of folding everything exactly the way clothes should be folded. So now for a little over $ 15 I get 3 bags of perfectly folded, fresh smelling laundry, all separated by gender (no more searching for my pink socks among my boyfriend’s boxers).
I hope these wonderful people stay in business forever, and I’m certainly never taking my laundry any place else.
