Delicious pizza, lots of cheese, good clubs, roast beef and chicken salad. Very good place to grab a delicious bite to eat in the lowelland Dracut area. I’ve tried many things and nothing has disappointed. I like this place a lot

I order from these dudes at least once a week. They are polite every time, and they always remember me and my wife when we come in and always ask how we are doing. I like places that remember their customers especially because it makes a place comfortable to go to. I love their cheeseburger dinner and pizza. It’s basically your go to back to basic pizza where it’s not trying too hard to be anything it isn’t. All the negative reviews here are pretty much by «Yelp Elitists». You can’t make everyone happy, and you know sure as hell they don’t make everyone happy either at what they do. Some people just wanna watch the world burn behind a computer screen. I recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely keep going to Big Guys.

Horrible horrible service. It was cold, sloppily made, mediocre taste, and the pizza wasn’t even cut into slices! I also ordered a water bottle and a soda can and they arrived covered in sand! like what?! what situation must they have been in to deliver this pizza. I couldn’t help but imagine the delivery guy, being so determined to deliver my pizza, that he had to endeavor the vast ocean in order to get to me– just like spongebob. it was the only logical reason I could come up with for why the pizza arrived in such bad shape. Anyway, don’t order from here. After I was done eating half of my pizza(I couldn’t finish the whole thing) my stomach started hurting and I laid awake the rest of the night in agony, wishing I had chosen a different pizza place.

Randomly came across this place without realizing they are located close to where I live. I was craving wings and ordered them for pickup. Staff was friendly and bubbly and honestly I found my new favorite wings! I’ll be back to see what else they have to offer.

i have ordered a couple times from here. i LOVE the online ordering option… aside from the fact that it is a little restricting on making sure your order is perfect. i ordered a burger, fries and rice pilaf and mac n cheese bites. 1. the rice was flavorless and ORANGE? 2. the fries were also flavorless, and under cooked. 3. the burger patty was a pre frozen, circular puck of beef. it was obvious it wasn’t a freshly made patty. 4. the lettuce on my burger was shredded. 5. i got mayo on the burger when i never asked for mayo. 6. mac n cheese bites were grease filled triangles of flavorless mush.

I just got a cheese pizza. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was just like hot lunch pizza but worse. My stomach hurts. It tasted really cheap.

As others have indicated, they do not honor coupons/certificates from claiming that was setup by a previous owner. The order I placed was online and I added more food for dinner and my lunch the next day just to reach the level required for the to kick in. Two salads(chef and grilled chicken), one sub(steak bomb) and an order of chicken fingers. Not a tough order. When I arrived five minutes after the order was supposed to be ready nobody could find my order. I showed the order number from my iPhone and they took over five minutes complaining about (the ordering system) and calling the to yell at them about the order not being faxed before they started to make my order. The man started complaining about THEIR fax machine before they started making the food! While I was waiting for the food I went to pay and I was told they do not take the certificate. This was out on the counter in front of me the whole time and I would not have even waited for the food this long or ordered as much if I knew I was paying full price. The whole five minutes he was bitching about the ordering system he saw my coupon/certificate. The quality of the salads seemed like they were made on different WEEKS — grilled chicken salad being well made and the chef salad having wilted and brown lettuce with accompanying vegetables not tasting fresh either. A side of chicken fingers were chicken wings. The sub was really good. The kicker was a couple of minutes after I left the Big Guys Pizza heading home I was called by them asking when I was picking my food up. They had my original order sitting there the whole time that I waited! If I wasn’t so hungry and didn’t have to cross the School Street Bridge again I would have turned around and really yelled at the guy. They made me wait an additional half hour to go 50 – 50 on salad making, an incorrect side and a good sub — all the time that my order was there! If I had called the order in and they misunderstood my name I could forgive that, but I TYPEDMYNAMEINTOTHESYSTEM — THEYHAD A &$*#$% PRINT-OUTOFMYNAME. Since then I have returned the certificate on restaurant.com’s site and sent them a note to pull it from their system. There are so many sub shops in the Lowell area — avoid this one if you plan on having anything beyond a sub or if you have can’t afford wasting a half hour for inability to handle basic ordering.

The ONLY reason why I decided to order here was because I had a coupon from . However, the new owner does not take their coupons so don’t bother. This was annoying as I ended up paying 30 dollars for less than mediocre food. I ordered a large meat lover pizza and fried mac and cheese. Nothing to brag about. HUGE pizza but the meat toppings were okay. The sausage and ground beef tasted dry. The fried mac and cheese tasted oily with dry pasta, and lacked cheese!!! Just your typical joint serving food until late in the night.

The best subs I’ve had in a long time. Couldn’t believe how friendly the staff was. Highly recommend this place!

Ordered a large half ex cheese half chicken and banana peppers. They nailed the sauce… a little sweet which I like… chicken chunks were tender… often they are over cooked on pizza but these were just right. .my kids even ate the crust which is rare… thick and doughy. I’ll a return customer here.

Formerly Parkside Roast Beef, BigGuys Pizza is a casual neighborhood pizza & sub shop, which serves up traditional & specialty pizzas, pasta, subs, sandwiches, dinner plates(chicken, beef, seafood), salads, appetizers, Wise bagged chips, small desserts, fried dough, and Coke drinks in the cooler. $ 7.50 Daily Specials, Combo Meals, and Big Kids menu are offered. The place is order at the counter and there is self serve table seating and painted brick walls with mounted TV and pictures. I ordered takeout from BigGuys Pizza in Lowell very recently. Since it was Saturday, I ordered a 16″ Large Cheese Pizza($ 7.50 daily special) and a Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Dinner($ 6.50) with salad and garlic bread. The food took about 20 minutes to be ready to go. The Cheese Pizza was pretty good, which was topped with a good amount of thick red sauce and a modest amount of melted cheese. The firm crust was soft & slightly chewy inside, thinner towards the center and gradually thicker towards the edges. The pizza sauce had a sweet taste, similar to Arty’s Pizza in Haverhill. The Spaghetti with Meat Sauce(served in a square styrofoam box) was a good sized portion of soft spaghetti(slightly overcooked) and topped with a thick sweet meat tomato sauce, minimal water at the bottom of the box from draining pasta. The side salad had fresh crisp iceberg lettuce, tomato, & carrot and Italian dressing on the side. The footlong piece of baked garlic bread was crunchy topped with melted butter, seasonings, and garlic. The service here was good with food packed well including plastic wrap around the box of spaghetti. I did remind the guy at the register about the $ 7.50 Large Cheese Pizza special(almost charged the regular price of $ 10.35 plus tax) before paying for my food order. If you enjoy sweet sauce on your pizza and pasta, then BigGuys Pizza is the place to go. I know some people either love it and don’t care for it, which is a matter of personal taste. Overall, the food tasted just fine and I would give the food an overall 3.5 stars, rounding up for a good value. WIFI available with password DELIVERY: $ 1 charge, $ 5 minimum, limited area
