This place is so unprofessional with customer service. Got followed by the most obvious secret shoppers, then had the actual employees follow us around for no reason, talk about profiling. Like I don’t go there all the time and spend money. They changed the clearance tags on merchandise at the counter, they wouldn’t allow me bring my phone into the fitting room. Luckily I found it but then was microphones on the loudspeaker everywhere I went in the store in mind you I have not been to the store since May and I bought a tank top I have never song for my shows I am 30 years old I have money I don’t need to do that so I would not go two miles I would not go to this module they don’t know what they’re doing they compare prices by brand not my type of clothing which is illegal and I will be calling corporate have a good day guy and I hope you go to a better myself who was in

The Marshalls that used to be located in Chelmsford has now moved to Lowell in the plaza with the new Target. It’s been open for a few months now and I’ve been meaning to add it for a while now. I knew I was in trouble when this place opened literally across the street from me! I love Marshalls and I’m really glad (and shocked) that they are doing a way better job of running it than Chelmsford ever did. The only qualm I ever have with Marshalls stores is that they NEVER have a large size small selection. The size selections for every other size is ridiculous, but if you need a small size you get to choose from like 5 shirts. They need to do something about that not everyone is huge so I haven’t had a ton of luck there lately because of that. I would love it they carried the items that have in massive quantities in M, L, and XL in small!!! Small people need clothes too please!
