I give them 3 stars, I found their work very good and timely. However I had 1 issue. When they refinished my pool 3 plastic jets were removed and never replaced. When I questioned them about this I was told no problem they will replace them. I went ahead in good faith and paid my balance. After a few days I called to check on the process of replacing the jets. Even though they removed by them and they lost them. I was told they will not replace them because they are not Im My contract. I didn’t require new ones just mine they removed. I was left to fend for myself. Very poor customer service over $ 15 worth of parts. If you decide to use E&M make sure you get everything before you pay them in full.
