I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this salon. We had a group of six go, 3 pedis, 5 manis. While it was busy and we did have to wait some time, each service was thorough, not rushed as expected. One friend even had the wrong nail color put on and they fixed it immediately. The pedi was standard, but I tried the dipped nails, along with a friend. I am super impressed with the color selection and how well they turned out. I have tried quite a few nail salons in Lubbock, but this will quite easily become my standard salon. If you go, just be patient, as they were extremely busy and we watched at least 20 people turn around as soon as they came in because they were that busy!

Best pedicure ever! In town on business and took a chance on this place. Hieu did my pedicure and gave me a gel fill with shellac. He took his time and did a wonderful job even though it was so close to closing time. I love the sevice I received today whenever Im in town I will be returning!

All the workers here are very nice, however my experience here left me never wanting to return. I spent nearly 4 hours at this salon just to get a basic manicure and pedicure, while other customers who came in after I did got serviced first. The pedicure seemed rushed and I only received half the treatments that I paid for. My manicure was rushed as well, and it just ended up looking completely awful. To top it all off, I got acetone spilled all over my clothes, staining my shirt and I didn’t even receive an apology. I ended up with a $ 70 manicure and pedicure that I could’ve done myself and done a much better job on. For the extremely low quality, the extreme wait time, and my completely ruined clothes, I’ll never even consider returning.

Busy when I went(understandable, given the time I went)…don’t make an appointment, they most likely won’t honor it. Stephanie did my nails. She was nice. However, she soaked off my old set in acetone for way too long. I took them out Bc it’s not safe for your nails if left for longer than suggested and she wanted me to stick them back in(no ma’am). I got the cobalt blue powder gel(not what I wanted and let her know but wasn’t about to argue). It wasn’t the best set and she didn’t file near the nail bed well enough Bc it began to lift and wasn’t smooth. The nails also began fading, which normally doesn’t happen when I get them done elsewhere. It might’ve been a long busy day, so idk if I’ll return.

While in town for work, I had some major time to kill so a coworker and I decided to go get our nails done. This is always such a gamble, being that nail salons are a dime a dozen, but, I wasn’t traveling back home for another 4 days so I figured I’d go. I had called around the time they opened to see if we needed an appointment and was told no. Being that it was a Saturday, I asked if I could make one to secure a spot, since I figured they may be busy. They said no again because there was no need and we headed there(a 5 min drive from our hotel so about 10 mins after I called). When we got there, we signed in, told them what we wanted and were told it would be about a 10 – 20 minute wait. No prob… until an hour had passed and we were still waiting. We aren’t complainers so we didn’t bother them about it, plus we didn’t really have anything else to do anyway. Finally, after about an hour and a half(they really were not busy, I’m not quite sure what was going on) they began working on us. We had acrylic overlay fills with shellac polish. They did a pretty good job and I was overall pretty satisfied with the service. Because of the long wait, I didn’t get to get a polish change on my toes like I wanted, but that’s ok. The pros: cleanliness, modern inside, decent job on my finished nails, large selection of shellac polishes. The cons: it wasn’t an overly friendly atmosphere(no one was rude or anything, but no one really went out of their way), the waiting shenanigans(about every 10 mins they’d said«5 more minutes» until it was over an hour later), they work at a slow pace(not necessarily a con, I don’t mind people taking their time to produce a good result, but if you’re in a hurry, you may want to come when you have more time), the waxing services take place out in front of people in the open(I didn’t have any waxing but caught myself staring bc I was surprised it happened right there in front of everyone). If I lived here, I don’t know if I’d make this my go-to place, but it was fine overall.

Busy which means poor quality of service and super fast pedicures and manicures… «Tiffany» argued with me about my mom’s nail color choice and then didn’t say anything when she realized my mom and I were right about the color being wrong. Pretty rude people. Price in menu said $ 45, but was charged $ 50 and they said menu was not updated. :-/Very frustrating visit which was supposed to be relaxing with my mom.

Do not come here unless you want an expensive and horrible manicure! I called in the morning to ask their prices, and the lady told me it would be $ 40 for a pedicure and shellac manicure. I asked her three times to make sure. I ended up going here because of the price. The lady also said they had space and I did not need to make a reservation. I went in and had to wait 30 mins before anyone started working on my nails. After they said there would be no wait. The pedicure was EXTREMELY minimal. Ive never had such a basic pedicure. I could have painted my own toes and got the same result. No scrubbing no salt barely anything other than a scalding hot water bath and minimal cuticle trimming. She did not clean under the nails. But whatever — it was what I expected for the price, I thought. Then the manicure. Or… rather…just the polish since the girl did not do anything but put my fingers in water and then polish my nails. No clean up of the cuticles or the surrounding skin, she didn’t even or cuticle softener, no cleaning under the nails, no buffing the rough spots on the top, no scrubbing the hands, no attention to detail. I even asked her if she could clean it up and she said she already did(she hadn’t). At this point I just want to get to the wedding that I’m almost late for so I don’t question their methods any more and just Go to pay. She says — $ 52. $ 52!!! They had told me differently on the phone! When I told her I had called ahead and the lady said $ 40, the girl simply said I was wrong and that there was nothing she could do. She just stood there with absolutely nothing except a half smile on her face. She called the manager over who said that I didn’t understand and it was $ 52. I would have never come to this horrible place if they had told me it would be $ 52 not including tip! Not for this awful service!!! It’s been 4 days since I got my nails done and all of my shellac is already chipping and breaking off. DONOTCOMEHERE.

I’ve been to several salons in Lubbock, and this one is definitely the one I’m going to stick with. They’re very nice, clean, quick, & meticulous. Lynn is my technician, and she makes an effort to really converse with me. My only complaints are that on occasion they become understaffed, so I have to wait longer than anticipated. I also feel like I throw things off when I make an appointment.

Based on the reviews, I decided to get a much-needed pedicure here. For $ 35 I got the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had, and I will definitely be going back.

First time at tender age of 66, I went for a plain pedicure and manicure’ never experienced anything so great. The little girl(Tio) worked and worked on my feet and nails! No matter we couldn’t communicate, I loved her and job she did! Now, I know why people do this!

I had a fantastic experience here when I first moved to Texas months ago. It was very clean and I had one of the best mani/pedis I’ve had in a while. I went early in the day in the middle of the week and they nice and empty. They offer frequent flier cards and I go there at least every couple of months. I see a gentleman there but I can’t remember his name. I’ll have to get it the next time I go there.

Great! It’s different than any nail salon I have been to. They give you a menu to choose what you want. At first I was overwhelmed with the amount of things on the menu but I just wanted a simple pedicure. I went for the Rock Pedicure and I highly recommend it if you want something simple yet luxurious. They buff, trim, massage, exfoliate(as most spas do) but they also apply a nice green mask to your legs to make it nice and smooth and bring out hot rocks for a hot rock massage on your foot! Other women in the salon went for more adventurous items that included a tray of fresh fruits etc to use for their spa. I will definitely be trying other things on the menu next time!
