Om Threading Nails and Spa

I’ve been here three times. The first time was incredible. Lalita made sure my nails were perfect before letting me leave. The second time I went another woman did my nails and they were all different lengths and sizes. She was patient and willing to fix the errors. The third time I went in my nails were bubbly even after they had been redone and took hours to do. I just got so frustrated that I went home and repainted them myself. Long review short, only go if you make an appointment with Lalita, and only get a pedicure early on a Friday so they don’t do a sloppy job.

I wasnt sure to paint my nails as it was so short and i didnt wanted any fake nails but wanted them to look something better and natural, people here are always ready to suggest… I never thought dark color would suits me, I was tired of my nails breaking and getting brittle they suggested me to wear gel polish and let it grow, which I think is defiantly a good idea. The new salon is pretty spacious and peaceful than a old one… this is definately on my list now. HATS OFF Om threading nails and spa, loved your work.

Wow, I just love their services at this place. The owner Lady is so sweet and always make sure her every clients are happy before they leave. I went there for pedicure, full set and eyebrows. I just loved their pedicure and they did my nails just as I want, perfectly. I tried threading for the first time and its just amazing pain-​free threading I experienced. I got chance to try nepal food and chai. All the staffs are so friendly and very sweet. Definitely this is my favorite place in Lubbock. Love love their job.

My skin is a little dry, but that is front removing the shellac polish earlier! The service was good, I got a mani and my eyebrows threaded. My eyebrows look great and I will return here for my threading for now on. I like my nails for the price I paid for. I had to tell the lady to touch up on some edges and she left a small furball dry up in my index finger (you can see a small gray spot in the picture) and a small smear in my ring finger. Also, the place was packed and they started on a very young customer and when a older women came in they stopped serving the young girl to assist the other women, which is not okay in my book! Also there seemed to be a small employee fight going on, but it was handled professionally. Hopefully another costumer doesn’t have to see it. Overall I will come back but it’s not amazing in my book

Quick walk in service and great price! Had brows threaded, in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly service. I would recommend them!

I wasn’t sure about what we were going to expect as we pulled up. I’m glad we found this place. I got my eyebrows threaded and they turned out great. My friend Rach got her toes and she was a happy camper. The staff was super friendly and nice and low cost. Loved it!

Love getting threaded here, and tried a facial for the first time today. It was great. Very relaxing and my face is so soft. The shop is a little dated and they are currently looking for a shop that isn’t so dated. Stop in and give them a try.

My roommate and I were looking to get a pedicure for midterms stress relief and we stumbled upon this place. Absolutely loved it. It’s a small place in an odd place but we couldn’t have been happier. We ended up getting pedicures and our eyebrows done, only paid 33 (plus tip, obviously).
I would definitely recommend Om!

Don’t judge a place by it’s cover. Had a full pedicure and the lady did an excellent job. Her foot and leg massage was the best. This is going to be my manicure and pedicure place to go from now on. Will recommend it to everyone.

The women that work here are lovely. Super sweet, & want nothing more than for you to have a good experience. The location & appearance on the outside really made me hesitate, but it had the best reviews in Lubbock, So.
I had a pink & white full set done, & I hated the way it came out. You can see where she put the acrylic nail, they were uneven & just not done right. I was highly disappointed.
I also got the deluxe pedi, my toes came out okay. Also a little uneven.
Total for everything came out to $ 80. Their sweet women… But I wasn’t pleased with their work.

YES I know the location and outer appearance is absolutely dreadful. DO NOT let your first impression lead you away! The ladies are so welcoming and care a lot about what you think of their services.
I had Usara (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) thread my eye brows and upper lip. It was my first time to have threading done and she was magnificent! I wont go anywhere else from now on! No pain, no redness and hopefully no breakouts unlike waxing. She also gave me a shellac manicure that turned out beautifully. The whole time she asked me if I liked the shape of my nails and wanted to be sure she wasn’t hurting me in any way.
PLEASE go to Om. They deserve your business and you won’t regret it!

I am so happy that I found this place. I wanted to have my hands and feet cleaned and I asked Siri where the best nail salon in Lubbock is. My iPhone navigated me to this place and at first I was not entirely sure. Old building structure with red stickers? Eh, not my taste — but I am glad that I trusted Siri’s recommendation.
Lalita did my manicure. She was so welcoming and very thorough. (And I tend to be a bit picky when it comes to details… I was spoiled in big cities.) She really takes her time to make your nails look perfect. I had my pedicure done by a different lady and it was also perfect. The end product was as good as the pedicure I have received at the steep 5-​star hotel spa. Also, I got to try the Nepali tea for the first time in my life!
After moving to LubbockI tried two other nail salons in Lubbock only to tell myself not to go to a nail salon here. But finally… I’ve found the one! Don’t let the outside fool you. This place is good.

I love the work Lalita does with threading! I consistently go to her to get my eyebrows threaded. After moving to Lubbock from Houston and having a consistent threader there, I was really apprehensive to have someone else thread my eyebrows. Lalita is great and super friendly! She does a great job threading! Definitely go see her if you wanna get your eyebrows done! :)

I travel all over for work so depend on Unilocal for services like this and the previous 2 reviews didn’t disappoint! My shellac mani looks AWESOME. Lalita is SO nice and thorough. I will definitely be going back here. I honestly felt a little guilty for only tipping 20%. Seriously so great.
