Based in Lubbock Texas, O’Tool has been providing quality products since 1976. Starting with only a small inventory and a partial customer list, O’Tool was established. The early days consisted of many cold calls to several contractors, cities and schools, which established a customer base. Our philosophy is to treat our customers with respect, and give them the quality service they need. We are well known in the West Texas Market, and we strive to make it easier for the customer to become part of the O’Tool family.

Today, we work with many suppliers, which allow O’Tool to cover a large and diverse customer base. We keep municipal and industrial products in stock, including brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, plastic and Ductile Iron. Meet the Business Owner

Dennis D.

Business Owner

O’Tool was established in 1948 by my father LP Dillon. O’Tool Plastic Pipe Inc. was established in 1976. Dennis Dillon is the son of LP Dillon. Dennis grew up in Lubbock and went to school at Monterey High School and Texas Tech University. Dennis married his best friend and Cari Meador, a co-​owner of O’Tool Plastic Pipe Inc. Working with farmers, ranchers, contractors, cities and schools gave the company an early start in the Pipe, Valves, and Fittings business. Many of the first customers are still part of the O’Tool family today.
