Exit Real Estate of Ludington officially opened May 1^st 2008. Robin Koikas is the Broker Owner. They are a full service full time Real Estate Company. They are dedicated to customer service. The current location was purchased in June of 2011. They are the Team Leaders in Real Estate and happy to help with all of your Real Estate needs.

I am a full time real estate professional in the Ludington area and beyond. I have been Licensed since 1996 and a Licensed Broker since 2002. I enjoy both listing and selling. I have sold residential, waterfront, vacant land, and commercial properties. I worked with several different relocation companies and many REO companies. I have continued my education earning additional designations including ABR, Certified Negotiation Specialist, and Certified Home Marketing specialist. I have attended National Association of Realtor National Conference and many others. I expand my knowledge taking additional classes to keep up with the laws and trends of this wonderful profession. I was chosen as one of the areas favorite Realtors. I guarantee my services from start to finish. Sharing all that the Ludington has to offer is never boring. I have helped many people discover the sunset side of Michigan.
