Wonderful community with plenty to do (indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, lake access, biking trails) with a reasonable drive to downtown Ludington.
Only downside is newer management’s lack of effort to maintain park without resident harassment.

Great fireworks, Over the fourth. In ground/​indoors heated pool. Beautiful safe harbor on upper Hamlin lake. Hammocks and bonfires. Great location. Fun for all ages. Water sports, fishing, & fun.
