We went looking for a PREPAID Verizon phone today! The manager who’s name is Damari went to the back room looking for a phone, after letting him know that we needed an LG smart phone he brought one out and gave us the price. My husband proceeded to let him know that he was keeping his number. The manager then had a younger woman who also was working, submit the order to start NEW CONTRACTED SERVCE. She asked my husband for his social and my husband asked if it was necessary if he was only getting PREPAID service. She was confused and then Proceeded to asked the manager DAMARI if it was necessary. He had the AUDACITY to lie and say YES. My husband ALSO confused gave it to him. I then asked why he needed it for prepaid? The manager said it would only hurt him about 1 credit point. WHY WOULD YOU LIE to try and get a SALE!!! I was FURIOUS and WE LEFT without a phone! Buyers BEWARE!!!

I went into Verizon a few days ago and there was only one guy and about 4 customers, so I left and today I went back hoping to get some help. I did:) the guy working there, Brandon immediately started helping me find a new phone that I would like, he put all my stuff onto the new phone. He was very nice and joked around with me. 5 stars for Brandon and his trainees.
