Waited 3 hours to have two tires changed and aligned. Nobody else was in the store even waiting. Customer service was awful. Go, literally, ANYWHERE else. Awful.

Chris the manager has taken care of me twice now. The first time he realize they gave me the wrong oil in a previous trip and comped my oil change. That’s proper service.
The second time I came in with an appointment and he realized that and moved me to the top of the list and got me in and outlet quickly. I appreciate that he did that knowing that’s why we make appointments!
