Don’t waste your time here! Went in looking for porcelain tile to replace carpeting. The first salesperson was very nice, and spent time showing me the available styles and colors. I had to purchase samples since they have no sample boards to borrow. We liked one of the sample tiles that I purchased, but not the width, so I returned to the store to buy four 4″ wide tiles to try at home. I understood that they don’t return tile so I gave the purchased tiles back to them. The second salesperson had an attitude and basically told me that they DO NOT sell what she considered to be an excessive amount of samples, and that if I wanted to buy the tile I could look at the board in their showroom and decide. I told her that we were transitioning from carpet to tile, that we had over 1000 sq. ft. of tile to buy and wanted to be sure we liked it, BUT SHE DIDN’T CARE AND SHE MADE IT CLEAR before getting up and walking away. Another employee apologized and asked me to wait while he called the owner, and guess what… The owner said that I couldn’t buy four more 4″ tile samples too.
Go figure… I’m trying to buy four sample tiles before purchasing 1,000 square foot of tile from them and this is how they treat me?
Yes, this store has better quality tile than the box stores, but so do the other 10 tile shops in the area and after experiencing her attitude i WOULDN’T BUY TILE FROM THEM EVER! I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally in my life.

I used to drive by this store all the time and never went in until I had to shop for tile for my kitchen renovation. I am so glad I did. K G Tile is one of those local family-​owned businesses that is an increasingly rare breed these days. They have a great showroom selection, good prices, and much higher quality than you’ll find at that big box store whose name starts with an L and rhymes with «toes.»
Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable, and they treat you with the same courtesy no matter how big or small your tile job is. If you need your tile right away, they have an excellent variety of in-​stock tile (and about every other month, it’s on sale for 25% off).
AND if you’re on a tight budget (and these days, who isn’t) — in the back of the store, there is a special rack for clearance tile that is on sale for $ 1 a square foot. And by clearance, I don’t mean ugly tile that looked like it was stored in your grandma’s basement. I mean high-​quality ceramic and porcelain tile that is leftover from a nearly sold-​out shipment or recently discontinued (but still awesome).
I will never shop anywhere else for tile ever again!
