Established in 1973.

Dennis Realty has been serving buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants in Tampa Bay since 1973. Since then, we have expanded our property management services to include a special division that exclusively works to lease and manage single-​family homes, condos, duplexes, triplexes and small apartment complexes with qualified and certified property managers and a full-​time staff to provide support and excellent service to our landlords and tenants.

We manage homes all across Tampa Bay, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando Counties in some of the most desirable communities throughout the region. Each of our agents specialize in the rental market in the local area that they serve to provide you with positive and useful recommendations about your home.

At Dennis Realty, we do not get paid until we find you a tenant! Additionally, we take pride in our marketing plan and strive to find a tenant at the highest rental possible in the shortest amount of time.

Carl Stratton is a Florida Native and has been a Realtor in Tampa Bay since 1997. Carl’s philosophy is based on treating individuals as he would like to be treated. His fair treatment and high level of service has gained him an excellent reputation among his peers, clients and customers.

Carl has been a very productive and award winning Realtor prior to taking the position of Broker /​CEO with Dennis Realty & Investment Corp. in Nov. 2004. As the leader of one of Tampa Bay’s prominent Real Estate firms, Carl is committed to carrying on Dennis Realty’s tradition of service, community & real estate excellence.

Carl is an expert in residential real estate marketing, sales and property management. He is also experienced in commercial sales, business brokerage and investment properties.
