This is an outstanding family operated business that are dedicated to GREAT Customer Service! I called & spoke with Carol who filled me in on the details of what the service call would involve. It was Dec. 30^th & I was planning to set up an appointment after the first of the year, however Carol said she could have someone out the following day! The technicians, John & Kyle came out & were professional, courteous and efficient! They were here & completed my Roller Replacement in a flash! As they were writing up my invoice out in their truck, I was so impressed with the improvement I went out to the truck and asked if they could do another door!!! They were very accommodating & again completed the job in a flash! The improvement in my sliding doors was so amazing I ended up calling the company back & had them replace all my sliding doors with new rollers! I highly recommend Sliding Door Roller Replacement! I could not be happier with the professionalism of this company! I moved to Tampa a couple of months ago. I was having an issue with my sliding glass door and my land lord told me to call this company and to my surprise they were amazing! I spoke with Michelle around 8pm and she had someone over within 30 minutes to fix the door since it was stuck and I could not get it closed. Abraham was very nice and respectful of our home not only did he work after hours to fix it as soon as possible he also took his time cleaning the area of where he was working. Due to it being an emergency situation I am very grateful to Michelle for taking the time out to explain everything to me including all of their licensing and how long they have been in business, she was aware that I have small children in the house and didn’t have ample time to do research she helped me look up all of their reviews and licensing online. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are fast, very pleasant and easy to work with, have their customers best interest in mind its hard to find many places with such great customer care. Thank you guys!!!

Serviced a slider from 1960 era in mom’s home. Had ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance it’d be possible and John made it happen! Door is so much easier to open and close and for a senior this matters a lot. Price very reasonable. Service fast. John was a problem solver and did great work. Laid down a work tarp. Thoroughly cleaned a really nasty amount of dirt. Would recommend and use again. Good office service too. They called to confirm night before and gave two hour window. John called when 30 min out. Nice small business attention to detail. Note cash or check only. Licensed, insured, bonded.

Ridiculous that I waited over two years to get this done. Mostly because I didn’t know what the result was going to be. Two years of hearing that obnoxious door being dragged back and forth. Now it glides effortlessly.

They were on time and provided an explanation of everything they were going to do before the work was to be performed. They were very professional and with the dirt and age of my rollers and tracks they completed the work in less than two hours. If I had more rollers I would of had them replace all of them as I would not hesitate to use them again. I will be passing their name to everyone I know that has terrible sliding doors. I can’t get why I didn’t do this before, they open with no effort at all now.

These guys were great! They were able to fit me in the very next and did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier with their work.
