The Lyme Inn is a Bed and Breakfast located in Lyme NH. We are located within 2 miles of the Dartmouth Skiway, and are only a 10 minute drive to Hanover NH. A light guest breakfast is included in the room price, free Wifi and national phone service for every room, and room service. We feature two dining areas, and three meeting spaces. History

Established in 1809.

Established in 1809 as Grants Tavern, The lyme Inn has been a staple of the Lyme and Upper Valley Communities for many years. Over the course of two centuries, the Inn has housed a number of businesses, including milliners and tinsmiths. It has served as the local Grange Hall, with dancing in the third floor ballroom. As a private home and then an apartment building by the onset of the twentieth century, it had understandably slipped into disrepair. In 2011 there was a 2 million dollar renovation and a change of ownership in November of 2014, the Inn is a flourishing part of Lyme and wonderful place to enjoy comfortable luxury and more than competitive room rates.
