No stars one of the worst company ever, they are assholes racist mother fuckers iam sorry iam so mad right now iam in the taxy right now first they tell me 20 dollars then they charge me 30 dollars on my credit card plus he was being racist towards me fucking hate this company you suck and he almost kills me not good driver this asshole

Literally would call off the taxi and walk if I could. Waited over a half an hour and watched FIVE of their cabs pass me. I called and asked when I should be expecting my car, was told 5 minutes. Still had to wait another 15 minutes. Driver was disgusting, calling me baby and whatnot. Not even worth a full star I would give it zero stars if possible.

You are the ABSOLUTE WORST taxi service in ALL of Long Island! You should be ashamed to call yourself a business –her’s something for ya. HIRE MORE DRIVERS, invest in more cabs and think up better excuses

Avoid Island Taxi at all costs, but if you have no other choice, just grin and bear it, and try not to touch anything. The cars and minivans reek of smoke and drive like death traps (my driver actually laughed when I asked him when the last time was that he had the brakes inspected. He proceeded to then tell me they are somehow avoid having to pass state inspections), and they charge you exorbitant prices. Oh, and you’ll most definitely be sharing with 2 – 3 other people, so you may be making several stops along your way.
I also kind of wish they’d make you pay up front because all too often passengers will actually ask the driver to drive them to the ATM first so they can pay him. What is that?! I’d like to get home some time in the next 24 hours, please.
Seriously, the worst.

Driver tried to cut me off on the road then pulled up next to me and threatened to put a bullet in my head. This is appalling behavior from any company. Will NEVER use their service again. They are always late and drive like maniacs anyway.

i called at 4:20 asking for a cab and i told them the time 4:50 they never called me & told me they had no one to get me so i had to miss the 5:14 train to wantagh so i had to be stuck at work for another hour and half untill the next train i will never ever use them ever again and on top of it the dispatcher seems bothered that you are calling them for a cab like honestly if you hate your job dont work their plain & simple! some of the cab drivers their are so sweet and they get hounded by the dispatcher honestly time to find a new dispatcher so untill then i will not be taking this cab company ! Have fun going out of business eventually. AND IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY –20 STARS I WOULD!

Came on time and got me to LGA for my flight. My driver was a sweet heart!

Went to a party in Lynbrook recently and decided to take a taxi back to Brooklyn because it was too late for the LIRR. So I called these guys. First they underestimated the wait time by half an hour. When the car arrived, there was a passenger already in it, and the car was filled with cigarette smoke. I had been quoted a steep price for the fare, which I anticipated, but had not been told that I would be sharing the cab with a stranger who was going to some unknown destination. I had no intention of being driven all over creation for who knows how long to get home, not at that price or at that hour of the night. In addition, I will not sit in a car with people smoking cigarettes, which I do not allow anywhere near me. I rejected the ride, went back inside and called another company. Creepy, and on my permanent do-​not-​call list.

Terrible service and always late. Do not use this company. They are the worst. I wait over an hour after they told me 10 min.

I rode from the mineola train station to Hofstra university. I was told this would cost $ 8. The man made me wait for 20 minutes so other people could share the cab. As we waited he smoked and cursed loudly. During the ride he commented rudely about other drivers, customers, and his boss using profanity. He ran several stop signs. We drove another women to her home before heading to Hofstra. He then up-​charged my by $ 6 making this horrible trip $ 14.

Reserved a cab a night before leaving for honeymoon. Called again to confirm 30 min before leaving. A girl confirmed and said cab is on the way. We waited for over 15 min. Cab didn’t come. We called and were told by the same girl that they don’t have our reservation and that no cab available. We leave 15 min away from JFK so we just did a long term parking and made our plane. However, they were rude, lied and refused to help us. Awful and unreliable service. Never taking them again. Long term comes out to about the same cost if you are going to a week.

The worst. Got home Sunday evening after 4 hours on trains, tired, carrying our overnight bags. The one person ahead of us at the dispatcher’s booth was going the opposite direction so sharing a ride wasn’t practical.
After waiting patiently 10 – 15 minutes, another cab pulled up, and as we started walking to the cab, a woman who had just showed up got into the cab before us. I said, «Excuse me, but isn’t that the car WE’VE been waiting for?» The driver said, «Well this woman’s only going to [ — ] Street.» Needless to say, the opposite direction. Bye-​bye. We walked the mile or so home. I hope she tipped well, because they just lost two customers.
And I thought they were just bad because of the smokey cars, long waits at the airport, and showing up at the wrong time.

I agree with everyone here, this is by far one of the rudest and worst taxi services every. They arrive never on time, sometimes they will keep me standing for an hour for a pickup, and charge me whatever they want on any given day. Some days for a ride they will charge me 10, sometimes 15, sometimes 20.
The problem is, they have a monopoly, they are the only taxi that will do Lynbrook area. You really have no choice when your in Lynbrook.
They really need to clean up their act.
Their dispatch office really needs a course in customer service.

Actually no stars… Arranged for a car at 11 Xmas eve 3 hours prior… They were late and never called… Just ended up driving… Bad service!

Worst cab stand. They are part of the Ollies monopoly on Long Island so they know they can charge whatever they want and treat you like shit. Try to avoid them at all costs.

Me and my bestie had a great evening in the city last saturday for her bf’s birthday 21^st birthday celebration. Around 3am we left the lounge and got into a cab headed to Penn station. When we got to Penn to catch the LIRR, we realized we had to wait till 4:54am for our Babylon bound train, which would drop us at Jamaica so we could catch the Hempstead bound train and get off at Bellerose (where i parked my car).
So for the next hour and a half me and Brit struggled to stay awake in Penn station. We were both extremely tired, but we didn’t want to miss our train.
4:45am rolls around, and we start heading towards our train. We had been debating earlier if we should get off at the Jamaica stop and just take a cab to bellerose since our ETA @ bellerose was 6:40 am. We just decided we would use the extra time to sleep.
We get on our train, conductor snaps our tickets, tells us switch as Jamaica… you know the deal. My phone was in the midst of dying and I was struggling to stay awake. I turned my shoulder and Brit was nodding off (usually she babysits me lol). I decided to set an alarm on my phone since we had a few stops before we would get to Jamaica, a good solid 15 minutes. I still fought to stay awake, but it just didn’t happen.
Next thing I know I get a tap on my shoulder as we are PULLING OUT of Jamaica, literally with in seconds of the doors closing (I felt the train taking off). Conductor is tapping me saying «you were supposed to get off here and switch, now you will have to take the train to Babylon and ride it back». Holy crap I was about to shit my pants. I was freaking out. Then we figured out that duhh we could just get off at Lynbrook. Why the Eff would we go all the way to bubblefuck when Lynbrook isnt even that far?
Ok so it took like 10 minutes from Jamaica to Lynbrook, not even enough time to put a damper the awesome night we encountered. I’m thinking cool everything’s going to be alright, in fact to turn a positive into a negative we’ll take a taxi back and get there a hell of a lot sooner because the next Manhattan bound train wasn’t going to come until 7am and at this point it was about 5:30.
So me and Brit get off the train. It’s cold, dark, and creepy outside and we don’t know anything about this train station; my phone is about die (hence the lack of sound on my set alarm), and were still both exhausted. We go downstairs in the waiting where it says «taxis». It was very broad. There were no actually signs saying where we could find a taxi or even a number to call. There is no sign of a taxi what so ever. I didn’t even care because I knew I could Unilocal my way to a taxi. I Unilocaled, Brit made the phone calls. Here’s where All Island Taxi comes in.
We called every taxi/​car service/​cab company from Queens Village to Lynbrook all because All Island (Lynbrook’s taxi service) «didn’t have any cars available» as the guy on the phone kept telling Brittany. No other taxi company would pick us up and we found out later on as this wonderful experience kept getting better.
We didn’t get a cab until ONE full hour later. Here’s how it happened. After calling and calling and calling all these local taxi places, some of them would give us different phone numbers to try. Finally the women at Franklin square taxi told us to hold on. she then told us to go outside. Sure enough a man approaches us and says «were you the girls that kept calling for a cab to bellerose» no shit buddy. He then leads us to what looked like to be about 10 cabs parked up under the train station.
Now let’s make one thing clear. You have to walk outside the train station waiting lobby and around the side, past the huge cement poles to even see that there is a taxi spot. There is no information provided that could have lead us to where they are parked up and quite frankly we didn’t want to be walking around Sunrise hgwy in the dark, @5:30am in heels to boot.
After allllll that we went threw just to get a ride a few miles away, they had cabs the whole time but just didn’t feel like going all the way bellerose. We found out (by the cabbie) that the reason why no other cab would pick us up is because they don’t want to go to Lynbrook’s «territory».
The cab driver was nice, and got us back in less then 10 mins. He stopped to get gas, and chatted with us a bit. He does not deserve 0 stars but the company itself does. It’s a shame to turn down people at that hour when clearly we kept being directed to them by all these other local taxi companies. It’s not like its a set price for a ride. Obviously the further you go the more you pay so this whole thing was so unecessary on their part.
Be a little bit more considerate next time, have some common courtesy, find a better way accomodate customers, and lastly find a way to learn/​develop the skills you LACK in the customer service department .
We probably would have gotten more out of walking home or just waiting for the dam train!

Absolute shit. That about covers it.
Made our way from Manhattan to Long Island to see Sade & John Legend in Uniondale at the Nassau Coliseum.
After missing some ESP that we needed to switch trains in Jamsica, we ended up at this station & our only option was this pathetically operated taxi-​mafia (WTF, Long Island? Beautiful homes, but no regulated taxis? How ghetto).
We didn’t realize you need to order one up via their office there. We tried to enter one of their taxis like we’ve been doing in NYC and got shut down with huge attitude by the shady driver.
We followed their rules & ordered one via the silly dispatchers. 15 minutes passes and they say ours is up. We enter ours and it’s the same lame guy with the attitude. WTF? We waited for what?! Probably a frickin smoke break.
Another passenger jumps in and gets off before us. The driver gives him attitude just the same. No meter mind you. His charge was $ 20 and we went no more than 6 miles. We get off 5 minutes later and we get charged $ 23/​for two. Like other reviews mentioned, they charge $ 20/​person; $ 23/​two. Fuc*ed up! I now have a sour taste of Long Island because of this experience.

What a discombobulated bunch of knuckle heads!
