New Wave Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

Dr Laura was awesome! She knew exactly how to deal with kids who have the worst fear of dentists. The staff in the back is very helpful and they also are well trained when it comes to dealing with Children. The receptionist is also very knowledgable and helpful with all questions asked. Last but not least, the office was very clean and well designed to help create a warm and comfortable feeling got kids. Recommended!!!

Dr Laura is amazing ! We started out at all about smiles. I was told pretty much how to be a parent there and was definitely not liking the chair side manner! New wave is exactly what a pediatric dentist should be !

Wow! This is the place to go! No expense has been spared in producing the office. Dr Laura and the whole staff were incredible with my apprehensive not quite three year old son! Can’t wait to go back!

I’m glad to be able to write this review for Dr. Romey and his staff. Tremendously professional and extremely friendly staff makes for a welcoming office environment. Dr. Romey is well versed and knowledgeable about orthodontics. The office assistants and staff are superbly trained — these people «know their stuff»! Happy to help out in any way they will even share with you their own personal experiences. As a patient with Invisalign, I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience.

I took my 3 year old in for a routine check-​up and the professional staff at New Wave Dentistry made me and my daughter feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as we walked into the door.
Dr. Laura found three cavities in my daughter’s mouth, and instead of making me come back for another visit to fill them, she was able to save me tons of time by completing the procedure during that same-​day office visit.
I have to admit, I was pretty worried about how my little girl would take the procedure, and she did start to cry as soon as Dr. Laura started to work on her mouth, but just moments later, as the television which was bolted to the ceiling above, switched channels to her favorite Nick Jr. Program, my daughter was more intrigued by what was happening in Dora’s life versus what Dr. Laura was doing in her mouth.
I’ve been to dental practices in the past who churned out customers as quickly as they could to make as much money as they could. However, this place was different. I didn’t feel rushed out the door nor did I feel like I was being pushed into purchasing other products. After the procedure was completed, Dr. Laura took at least 15 minutes to talk to me about what I can do at home to avoid more cavities, and she even discussed how to make coming to future dental appointments a positive experience for my daughter.
The good-​doctor is not the only amazing person on staff, her assistant, Alekki, is patient, sweet and goes out of her way to keep kids who are in the chair, and even those in the waiting room, happy. I saw her take care of a baby while his parents were in the consultation room with their older child.
What a great practice and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a state-​of-​the art facility with a down-​to-​earth staff. (They even have Ipads for kids to play with…)
