Excellent service, always goes above and beyond. In my 10 plus trips to Babcocks in my lifetime he always offers to find me used parts first! That’s extremely helpful with my budget. Never does work without gettingn the green light from me. I think Anne C might be a little on the crazy side or maybe she burned a hole in her seat smoking that wacky tobbaci! Cheers

Awful! Don’t EVER go here. Both (don’t ask why I went back for more horrible service) times I went there I was adamant that they give me an estimate BEFORE doing any repairs. Both times I had to call them to check on progress, and they told me they had already made repairs. When I argued with them that they didn’t fulfill their promise to me, I was spoken to in an arrogant, condescending, and defensive tone. They tried to convince me that the work needed to be done, so they did it. I drove my car in there, so I’m sure I could have driven it out of there just fine too. And once they’ve done the work you’re stuck paying for it, whether you think the charges are fair or not — what a scam! The second time, after paying, I returned to my car to find a cigarette burn in my car seat. Apparently they had forgotten to mention this to me. They don’t care about their customers, are dishonest, and obviously do shoddy work. For the life of me I can’t figure out why they are rated so highly locally! Old boy network, anyone?
