More like SCAMrock construction. Our house was built by them as well as two of our neighbors. All three of us had problem after problem for years after construction. Stanley was in charge of our contract and he was a great guy. The owner is extremely difficult to deal with. The people they hire to do the manual labor of building the houses do not care about the quality of their work. There were crooked doorways, missing baseboards, fixtures that were obviously thrown onto the wall without a single care about how it looked or whether it was straight or level. Our basement leaked the first rain we got. Our poor neighbor’s basement and garage has flooded every single rainstorm we’ve had for years. He finally had to reconstruct the driveway and find different drainage solutions. Even our realtor got angry with the owner for doing us wrong. We eventually ended up with a nice house but I will never ever go through Shamrock again. It was a nightmare.
