This place is Horrible. Everything everyone else says on the poor reviews is very true. The girls in the front are so very rude, will slam the window in your face & told to go sit. The only nice people at that desk are Lillian, & Ann. if they are still there. Then after waiting forever, told to go in for Mammogram, well this one was even worse. short, nasty, short blonde hair with an accent, maybe Russian, Polish, doesn’t really matter. The description is only cause I was too upset to get her name. She was so rough with my breasts, & when I told her to stop cause I was in excruciating pain, she started yelling at me!!! And kept talking nasty, that I was causing her more problems!
All these years going for Mammo, never did anyone hurt me like she did. Never again.
Then I get a notice they may have seen something, come back for ultrasound, had to wait 1 week with worry. Took exrays to Dr., she said it was nothing. They have done this to me before, it is just a deceitful money making scheme. Trying to get your exrays is another joke. Like I don’t have the right to my own records. This place is truly terrible, don’t go there, they have no integrity. Don’t trust anything they say.

I went there for a mammogram and ultrasound. After 1.5 hours, I was called for the mammogram and taken to a dressing room that had curtains that didn’t close all the way and I could see through them. Then after the mammogram, they brought me back to the dressing room in my half-​gown and sat me on a bench next to a man. It was so humiliating to sit there in my gown with no bra for 45 minutes! Then a couple came in and the man was told to take his pants and underwear off for his scrotum test. I was embarrassed for him to have that said right in front of me and embarrassed for me to be sitting there in my gown. Next a family came in and the little boy was told to strip down to his underwear. Then an older lady got changed behind the curtain in front of me not knowing she could be seen undressing. It was such a humiliating experience for me that I will never go back. I felt exposed and so embarrassed the whole time. My stars are for the medical professionals that performed both of my procedures. They were great.

Most depressing waiting room. They keep running cancer patient stories on TV and refusing to change it. You need to see psychologist after this.

When I first called i was left on hold for 20 minutes (literally) just to make an appointment. When they finally came back on the line she had no idea who i was or what i wanted… after stating all that info again she made my appointment in 5mins so why i was on hold for 20mins i do not know. When i show up for my appointment it was changed to the day after without my knowledge because the female tech isn’t there on that day. Soo i have no choice but to come back the next day. So day 2 at the center i show up and I’m being asked about my prep for my appointment, i did everything i was told over the phone to prep for the testing but 1 vital thing was left out that could force me to have to reschedule the whole appointment that i was NOT told to do before the test. So at this point i am getting very aggravated. So they speak to the Dr. who says that missing that piece i SHOULD be ok to do the testing. Bottom line is the staff needs to be trained again.

The place very nice, clean and new. The staffs are busy and helpful. When the tech saw my mamo, asked Dr. D review it. Dr. D think it need ultrasound. So he did. I am very glad Dr, technician and staff are all very reasonable and take care the patients well. I’ll recommend my friends come here get test done.

Terrible place. The people on front desk is terrible. Has no respect for no one and is never on time;((

My grandfather had a 9:45 appointment but we were told to come in 15 minutes prior to fill out paperwork. It Took 30 minutes to get the papers and fill out his insurance papers. Took another hour to get him to have a simple X-​ray because they forgot about him. He’s 74 and can’t stand long due to his breathing problems, when he asked why we were waiting over an hour, the receptionist was rude and told him he had to wait again. Take my advice and go to another place. It’ll save you time and you won’t be aggravated. Don’t bother coming here at all. Horrible place to go for a X-​ray.

I agree with the other review here … Wow is the front desk staff NASTY you are told to come in 15 minutes before your appointment dont even bother they have you sign a paper and sit down now been sitting 20 minutes still havent even given INsurance info or ANYTHING. Not even acknowledged. Please go somewhere else… I am not even a complainer at a doctors office as I am a nurse and i understand but please dont waste your time coming here find somewhere else solely because the front desk staff are horrendous (with the exception of the one woman in the front that sits more towards the back, shes very nice. Its the younger ones that are nasty) — however, the staff in the back has been very nice the two front desk girls are seriously a big enough issue to never return. As i write this they are giving serious attitudes to patients lol at least theres entertainment while i wait.

This place is terrible. Im currently in the office for the third time — first couple times for X-​Rays on my chest (you don’t need an appointment for this as its a quick procedure but best to make one and you do not want to to stay unless you have to) and currently for a sonogram for a lower back pain. The receptionists are horrible. There should be a sign so you know which window you go to first as the receptionists do not greet you when you come in. When they do acknowledge you, they’ll tell you to sit and wait (although you made an appointment) then call you up so you can sign a form (besides the initial form) — something you could’ve done while you waited. One of the receptionists is slamming the base of the phone with the headset to get a new dial tone because somehow it will make the phone work. When your procedure is done, whatever it may be, no one greets you on your way out (surprise!) to tell if you need a follow appointment instead they’ll give you a look as if to tell you to go away because that’s because what they’ll tell you when you walk out
Aside from the receptionists, the people working inside are great. I’ve only ever dealt with the X-​Ray and sonogram people so I can’t vouch for the others.

terrible place, appointments are over booked. i have an appt for ultrasound but still have to wait for at least 30 mins. what the heck. after waiting for 30 mins, i left the center and schedule another appt. somewhere else later.
