Company coded 2 of my procedures incorrectly, including filing for reimbursement from my insurance for a procedure that should be covered with another(filed for build-up and filed for a crown replacement, where the ADA requires that the build-up be included in the crown procedure). The incorrect filing caused them to log me as an out of network customer, overcharging me $ 276.30. They would not refund the difference and were extremely rude on the call, calling me «sweetie» and«honey». Last Friday I was told by one of their employees that they would be able to refund me the difference and once the insurance company reissued their payment, they would re-invoice me. Today I was told that’s against their policy and they would not. Good actual procedure by the Doctor and excellent Dental Assistants, but terrible front desk /billing.
