Wacoal America

Purchased lace underwear. The lace separated. Their return policy is that you must pay the postage back to this address THEN you must find and locate the underwear you want to have as a replacement. I have never encountered such ridiculous requirements when there is a product flaw (I did mail this e-​mail pictures, which they would not accept). I left this sit for two years and finally sent the product # and keep getting emails stating their «policy» is you have three months – which was never stated. POOR PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been a loyal customer of Wacoal America and have been buying the Elegance Hidden Underwire Minimizer Bra for as long as I can remember. It is not cheap ($ 65.00) but is it, and has been the best bra I have every had, I have always brought it in black, now out of no where it has been discontinued. It has been there best seller and has never been on sale ever. I am so upset I am seething. They are only carrying the nude and that will be discontinue at some point as well. Now at the worst possible time I now have to search for a new bra. Seriously how do you discontinue a bra that has been a best seller??? At any size it is hard to fine a really bra, being a larger cup size is even harder. Thanks again Wacoal America.

I will say that on the two occasions in the ten years of buying from Wacoal America hat I had a problem with the bra they were quick to replace them.

I have been a Wacoal customer for over 20 years… purchasing 100’s of the Wacoal Embrace Lace «boyshort» at $ 32 per pair .
Out of these 100’s I had 1 pair that discoloured horribly … I sent fotos in to Wacoal of this panty next to about a dozen other pair of my Embrace panties.
They sent back an automated form letter re: shipping this panty to them at MY own cost and they will «review» it !
INSANE !!!
I wrote a 2^nd time — same response.
lazy, inefficient customer service. A pity !

I arrived in a few days… and the Wacoal site was exactly right… size up one cup for Fantasie.
Perfect fit, support, coverage, and very nice quality. I am set for the beaches of California!!!
