Four Winds Pub & Grill

This is a great local place to go! The owner really made this place something special for Lynn. The chef is amazing and the outdoor deck is fabulous. I love sitting out there in the summer looking out at the pond-​its so relaxing! I would suggest if you are taking children here, sit outside. The inside is mostly just the bar which has a certain crowd that can get a little rowdy and crude, at least the men sitting behind me last time I went inside were discussing not family friendly things (This is why I am giving it four stars instead of five)
The food is the real reason to come to the Four Winds! It is the best food i’ve had in Lynn. Excellent! The spareribs are amazing-​a must get every time you visit! The shrimp poboy is fried perfectly, the Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich had a nice bbq sauce, the sausage sandwich is the best sausage you can get! The burgers are huge and sooo juicy! The four winds burger has fried onions, bacon, and a jalapeño mayo! The bourbon and black pepper burger has fantastic blue cheese and caramelized onions. The presentation is amazing, you would think you are at a fancy restaurant in Boston.

Great food. Salad was delicious. Add the steak tips. Nice pub. The deck looks over the water making a nice experience.

Went to check this place out on a Monday for their open mic. It was great. Friendly, attentive staff, tasty onion rings… plus the open mic was great. Love that they have Processo in the little bottles too! We will definitey be back. Would love to check out the deck situation when it gets just a tad warmer.

Love this place! Love the service! The back deck is a beautiful place to be. The food is always good too! Clean and inexpensive for a nice dinner in a good atmosphere surrounded by good people.

My wife and I went in for lunch yesterday. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The staff and other patrons at the bar were very friendly, very important for a neighborhood pub.
We had a Four Winds Burger and a BLT. Both were amazing as we’re the fries and onion rings. The BLT, had house made bacon, and was definitely a full meal in itself. The halipenio aoli on the burger was addictive, we got some on the side for the fries. The burger was cooked perfect medium rare.
The barbeque rib appetizer was a little dry but the flavor was very good. Other than that my only critique would be a timing issue. The onion strings, on top if the burger, we’re cold. The toast on the BLT was cold as well.
This place has definitely stepped up their menu from the last time we were there, probably a year ago. We will definitely be going back and recommend you do as well.

A hidden treasure! My friends and I sat outside and it was just lovely! The food was great — I had a BLT that was better than I expected! Steak tips are delicious and their blueberry lemonade was perfect for a warm summer evening ! We also had the rib appetizer, it does not come with many but they are absolutely to die for! We will absolutely be back

The view and the sunset here… OMG. Who cares about the food here (although its pretty good, actually) Good drink selection, very good music and that view… so relaxing.
Please don’t come here (So there is room for me!!)

Awesome view. Awesome staff. Great pizza very light like a bbq one and my 2 yr old loved the fries. BLT very yummy.

Relaxed, clean, and friendly atmosphere.
We are big fans of the teriyaki pineapple salmon, onion rings.
The menu has a great variety and not overwhelming.
Great midweek, less crowded. Try to catch the sunset over Sluice pond.
Geared towards adults, and that’s what we look for when out without the children.

Overall a good experience. The food was good. The waitress and bartender were friendly and attentive. They have keno which is always a plus and a nice seating area that overlooks a pond.
My only complaints is that the place is small and can fill up quick and the bathroom is a little tight for a big man.
I would go back again.

I vary between 3 and 4 stars, but given the fact that I come here pretty often, I’m going with 4.
3 Stars because…
*** The flatbread pizza is soggy, and the cheese flatbread is flavorless. Not a fan.
*** The waitress service is a bit inconsistent. Some waitresses say they can do certain drinks, others say no.
*** The food just doesn’t blow me away in general. I’ve tried a few things and I haven’t been thrilled.
*** No cider on draft. At a dive?
4 Stars because…
**** It’s a fun local dive, meaning I don’t have to dress up
**** It’s clean
**** It has a great view of the water — the deck is AWESOME. Drinking outside FTW.
**** Decent selection at the bar despite the lack of draft cider
**** They have keno, like all good dive bars should
**** The fact that they serve food, even if it isn’t great, is still a plus
It’s pretty basic — it hits all the boxes, nothing extra. Cleaner than your average watering hole, which is great, and the outdoor seating locks in the 4^th star for sure.

Four Winds is a great hidden gem! A good lunch/​dinner selection. They have outdoor seating on the deck that over looks the water. Service, food and drinks are all consistent. Will definitely be back!

Great place during the summer. They have a smoker so the BBQ is good. Definitely will be coming back when it warms up

Absolutely best neighbor bar!
Michelle the Bartender was so sweet. The Regulars were welcoming and friendly.
We order an apple caramel salad and it was phenomenal.
It’s a small dive bar but the interior and the bartender and the food make it so worth the adventure.
The deck is open year round and that’s a great thing.
Sooo home like. Can not wait until we come back!

Great eats and service. Sarah was an exceptional waitress. It was open mic Monday and the entertainment was superb.

Six of us had dinner at Four Winds last night, and overall, it was a great experience. Kim was our server, and she was prompt, funny and attentive. Great service. The food was excellent. Two of us had had burgers, two had salmon, one had the beef tips and another had pizza. A few in our group had special requests, and all were accommodated to order.
My only dings from a 5-​star review — somewhat uncomfortable seating (I was on a backless stool) and rounding the change up. Ok, so it was only $ 0.03, but seriously. Why? We’ll be back!

This is a weird place, but liked it a lot. It is primarily a bar, with a patio that is on a hidden pond in Lynn. If the weather is nice, the patio is great. The menu was small but good. I had pizza and it was very good. The limited menu may be a turnoff for a lot of people. The bar is fairly comfortable, but the patio has bench seating, which I can see as being uncomfortable for some people. This is not the nice date place some people might expect, it is a bar with a patio and limited food selections. Service was excellent.

Ok,
After having lunch here a few weeks ago and enjoying the patio on the water as well as great food we decided to go here for Mother’s Day. Beautiful weather for outdoor dining. It was busy, crowded and my expectations of getting our meal in a timely fashion with quality was about my expectation. I was far from the truth. Our waitress was great! Specials were fantastic! After ordering we had our meals within a normal time period and everything was excellent. 8 person party and no complaints… Everything was good! My father who can be picky was raving and wants to bring his friends back to experience the great outdoor patio and food! I am sure a few drinks as well! Thanks!!!
