Unfortunately, I have to post a poor review as well. I was scheduled Saturday 10.24.15 with Junk Monstah and they never showed, never called and did not respond to my text message. Too bad they can’t get their act together.

Miserable! The company never showed and when I called and asked for an estimated time I was put on hold then hung up on. After that no one picked up the phone and the voicemail box was full… completely wasted an entire day.

Don’t bother. They didn’t show for the scheduled pick up. When I called they promised to come first thing the next morning. They didn’t show up for that either.
