We have ordered here several times and my husband really enjoys their roast beef sandwiches. I was not happy with my recent salad order. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken and asked for extra olives. My salad had. half a tablespoon of feta cheese (if that) 4 olives and 2 tiny pieces of onions.

As always Primos is my #1 spot for pizza, dinners and subs. Always polite. Always on time. I suggest the pastrami and Steak bomb. The best in Lynn. Also try the pizza. My favorite the peppers and onions. Great job guys and gals.

I’m absolutely disgusted. I had my boyfriend call and asked if their chicken parm sub was homemade or frozen. Of course they answered frozen, he asked what about the meatball sub? They said homemade. So he ordered me a large. After waiting forever for it to come, rude ass driver gave me attitude cuz he was waiting outside for a few minutes trying to locate me. I live in a secure house so he can’t get in the hall door, doorbell doesn’t work either so he has to call me but never did. My number is on the receipt too. Too damn expensive for a large meatball sub and they were frozen meatballs!!! Its nasty! I called for the manager and he said he never said it was fresh and argued and lied. I told him he needed to send the driver back with my money and pick this crap up and he said he’ll do it when he has time. Rude!!! Gross! Liars! Epic fail! Primo is a very misleading name, it should day trasho or junko or shito. NO STARS FOR THIS JAIL FOOD JOINT!!!

Their website has a system whereby you can’t even begin to enter an order until they confirm that they deliver to you by having you enter your address. Well 20 minutes after our order was completely placed, we got a phone call from a third party who they asked to tell me that they don’t deliver to our address (we’re really really close). Either get rid of your automatic system, or make it work correctly, or just suck it up and deliver a quarter mile outside of your zone until you can fix it. Please don’t make people pay with their time for your mistakes.

i liked them very much and the hot wings were fantastic first of all they were perfect for dinner and enough to have for lunch at work. the turkey sub or grinder /​hoagie was great as well i ate the whole thing that night with the wings and they were very good and i’m very picky .i give them 5 stars on top of 5 extra stars for being honest and being nice on the phone i’m sticking with primo everything tasted just as i was hopping PERFECT!!!. GREAT JOB GUYS AND GALS .new customer and new to area.

I ordered two subs and soda at 11:00 in the morning. Two hrs and one phone call later, asking my address. Still no food! Being a bartender in town i will definitely make sure a lot of ppl hear about how bad this place is.

Went in with my sister on a Saturday, late afternoon. I’ve ordered from here before but it was forever ago and I had never set foot in the place. The guy at the counter was awesome. No one came in or out without a joke and Happy Easter wishes. The wait was about 15 minutes which seemed long but then I thought about how long it would take me to make dinner. While we waited I saw one of the delivery guys wipe off a table that someone had been sitting at. Yay cleanliness! Anyhow, I got the roast beef plate and my sister got a bacon and pepperoni pizza. I liked mine a lot. The beef was good, onion rings were great, fries were ok. My sister loved her pizza. Lots and lots of cheese and toppings were very decently priced. I would definitely go back.

I used to order a lot from primos and for awhile it was great sad to say I recently got a delivery from them and the cheese burger I ordered came so soggy it fell apart and was just disgusting I don’t know if they have changed owners but I don’t like the direction the restaurant is going dont think I’ll be ordering from them for awhile

My wife and I ordered two calzones for delivery which took a total of 45 minutes from the time I ordered till it hit to my door, which isn’t bad.
I ordered a large cheese steak calzone and this thing was HUGE and pleasantly overstuffed, it will easily feed 2 – 3 people.
I personally was not in love w their cheese which was sparse and just thrown ON TOP and not inside the calzone. By the time I got to eat it, the cheese had cooled and hardened up.
My wife ordered a small eggplant calzone and absolutely LOVED it!

Delivery was semi long but not a huge deal. Roast beef was pretty damn good. Fries were 7.5 out of 10. I probably won’t order here again because I’m not a huge fan of Lynn.

I forgot how great of a place this is. When I lived in Lynn I used to order from here on a monthly basis. When we ordered from home it always came in a timely manner. And when you eat in the place you can feel safe seeing as the Lynn police are usually always there eating! Portions are great. Yeah gotta love primo’s!

I live about a 2 minute drive from primo’s and have been going there all my life.
BEST THINGS ON THE MENU:
CHEESE PIZZA,
GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD (with their DELICIOUS homemade dressing, I always order extra)
CHICKEN FINGER COMBO PLATE WITH AMAZING FRENCH FRIES, onion rings and a bit of lettuce.
TRY THESE THREE AND YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE. I’ve been going there all my life and I always get great service for takeout. Like with all delivery it does take awhile but even I recommend do not order a delivery. Go in there yourself. You will not regret it.

I had this delivered to my house and I have to say that it was by far the worst experience of my life. It took roughly an hour and a half to get my food. After waiting for an hour I called and ask wheree my food was, fearing that maybe the delivery man died in a car accident. They very rudely told me that they were busy tonight and to just wait. If I had not already paid with a credit card for this order over the phone I would’ve told him to shove their food.
Finally the food arrived a full 90 minutes after ordering. It was awful. The steak tips tasted like dog food out of a can. Salad was a joke and there was a heap of grease logged cold fries and onion rings. I threw it out and ordered pizza.
Never ever order from or eat here.

Finally tried their pizza and what a disappointment after much anticipation because of very good reviews. We were able to sample eight different speciality pizzas after ordering for a company function. Some of the toppings were very nice but they were spoiled by the typical Greek style crust and sauce. This style of pizza is definetly not to my liking but may be enjoyed if it agrees with your taste as the pies were well made. I bring the review down to two stars because the quality of their other offerings was sub par. The fries and wings were soggy and not good and the wings both buffalo and wing ding were frozen food section quality.

Nothing quite bad to say. I ordered a small steak and cheese bomb sub and a side of wing dings last night. New to area, first time ordering from them. When I picked it up, it the bag looked small, so I thought I was in for a disappointment. To my surprise, I ate a good deal of wings, and the steak and cheese, maybe 6 – 8 inches, but it was packed, oozing steak and cheese from the side, with plenty of mushroom (my favorite). The wings are a little salty, but I didn’t mind it. The steak did taste underseasoned. Food came to about $ 15, which IDK if it’s cheap or expensive, because I notice the prices in Lynn are a little more expensive, than other places. BTW for pick up they we’re quite fast. IDK about delivery. Great place for quick food, and good well packed sub. That’s why it’s a four star, for taste, maybe 3.

Very disappointed in this place. Thought I’d give it a try last night and I totally regret it. Pizza was uninspiring to say the least, not to mention WAY over-​priced. There wasn’t enough sauce and waaay too much cheese… it was just a bland, greasy, doughy, crappy pizza. Also, they told me it would be 25 minutes and I ended up waiting about 40. Definitely will not be ordering from Primo Pizza again.

This place is great.
I have ordered from them several times, and each time their delivery estimate is very accurate, even during really busy football games. The pizza is also top notch, using fresh delicious toppings and a generous amount of cheese/​crust.
The buffalo wings weren’t great, cant suggest those, but the pizza and delivery is so good, I have to give them 5 stars.
