Xtreme Silkscreen was able to fill my order surprisingly quickly and kept in good contact with me throughout the entire process. Generally, the employees were easy to work with and got back to me really quickly with changes. That said, it took an irritatingly long time to get the proof to look like I wanted it to(I’d ask them to move the design up and they would move it ALLTHEWAY up; I’d say down a little and they’d move it ALLTHEWAYDOWN… we went back and forth like this for quite a while). I also had to change my order quantity, which they were very receptive to, but I was told that the price per piece would«either not change at all or only go up a little bit.» The price ended up going up $ 1 per pair — in my opinion, significantly more than«only a little bit,» but by the time they told me, I had already battled with them about the proof for weeks and I needed to get the order in and printed to distribute before the end of the school year. They also charged me $ 10 for an art fee when all we had was lettering, which they never mentioned prior to receiving the invoice. Overall, I would probably work with this company again — I would just ask a lot more questions from the get go and get things in writing rather than accepting their vague estimates.
